This culinary experience will reveal all the secrets to crafting exquisite handmade fettuccine and gnocchi under the expert guidance of our chef, Christian.
We offer a variety of packages to meet the needs of all our customers, including a GLUTEN FREE course!
The course is 2 hours long and features:
A fettuccine and gnocchi workshop led by our Chef, who will demonstrate the optimal use of the pasta-making machine. At the conclusion of the master class, the group will enjoy the dishes they have prepared.
Lunch or dinner includes two bruschettas, the two pasta dishes crafted entirely by the group, a glass of wine, water, bread, and a homemade dessert of your choice.

Christian was amazing!... - Christian was amazing! Booking said it’s a small group, but it turned out to be private, just our family. Cooking was fun, we were sharing travel stories, Christian was explaining how to choose, pair and mix ingredients. How to make the dough correctly and why. It was a lot of fun. Christian recorded main steps and sent it to us so we would not forget. 3 kinds of different pasta , each paired with a sauce that we made as well. ( he can do vegetarian and gluten free recipes as well). Lunch was amazing. At the end we even got to taste gelato made by Simone in her little shop. Certainly would recommend this workshop!

Wonderful private cooking class experience in Rome - This was a great intimate experience learning how to make pasta from scratch. This is a hands-on activity where you will make and eat your pasta! Christian the chef is very engaging and knowledgeable.

Highly recommended for anyone who loves good food - We had such a great time, and the memories (and flavors) are definitely staying with us.
It was a real pleasure meeting and cooking with Cristiano- warm, professional, and passionate about what he does. The class was fun, hands-on, and well-paced, and we learned so much while enjoying every moment.
We especially appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, the great conversation, and the delicious food we prepared together. We’re definitely going to try some of the recipes at home and we’ll remember this experience every time we do.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves good food and wants to dive into Italian cuisine in a joyful, authentic way. Thank you, Cristiano!

Great class with a great chef! - Christian taught us how to make three different meals and three different pastas. Our kids (12f, 14m) really enjoyed it! We can’t wait to try making pasta and gnocchi at home with the recipes he gave us. Definitely go with an empty stomach!!!

Highly recommended!! - All around great experience! Christian is fantastic. He really lets you enjoy the experience. He takes pictures and sends you the pictures and recipes after so you just get to enjoy the moment. Great food, great conversation, great learning experience. Can’t wait to make the pasta when I get home!

Had a nice evening and a nice activity! - Nice experience together with my hockey team. Perfect combination between learning to make pasta and a fun evening. Christiaan is very enthusiastic and the pastas were delicious. I'm definitely going to make pasta more often now!

Amazing cooking class - Christian made an exception for us to come with 18 people. It was amazing, well-organized and extremely tasty! 10/10 would recommend. Lovely staff as well.
