Christian was very... - Christian was very knowledgeable and kept our group of 13 entertained and well fed as he taught us how to make GF pasta.
The atmosphere was great the fois sublime and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I really enjoyed this... - I really enjoyed this class. Christian was extremely knowledgeable and made the cooking time a fun experience. The food turned out great as well. I will definitely be making my own pasta in the future!

Family fun and deliciousness for everyone! - We highly recommend this gluten free cooking class with Christian! He is knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. We learned so much and had a great time! Can’t say enough nice things. We had two children (age 8 and 10), and Christian was super patient and fun. We enjoyed a glass of wine throughout the cooking class. The food was exceptionally delicious! Best of all, Christian made the recipes and techniques seem easy enough, we have confidence we can bring the food back home! Thank you!

Fantastic Gluten Free Pasta Experience - My family and I had the best time with Christian. Not only was the food delicious, Christian was hilarious. He made the experience that much better. We made 3 different types of gluten free pasta. While Christian prepared the pasta we enjoyed 2 different types of bruschetta and we finished with tiramisu. Highly recommend!

Ariel Pasta Experience Roma 2025 - Very detailed oriented pasta making class! Christian was very hands on and educational in regards to the origin of the pasta sauces and techniques. It was a fun experience and I greatly recommend everyone who visits Rome to experience. Thanks once again for their incredible hospitality by our dear friend Christian.

Wonderful class for the whole family! - We had a wonderful time with Christian learning how to make GF pasta. We’ve been GF for almost 10 years (when our son was diagnosed as celiac) and I thought I knew all there was to know about GF cooking. Not so! New techniques and so much fun. We all had a blast. Hands on pasta making - We had the best afternoon learning how to make 3 different types of pasta with different sauces including the Italian way to make Alfredo without cream 😊 (it was delicious). Christian was so kind and we even got to meet a couple of his friends who were equally wonderful. I would highly recommend him and any class that he offers, he owned a restaurant for over 20 years and has a ton of knowledge on fantastic recipes. He is moving to a new location and I hope I end up in Rome again to be able to enjoy another class. Thank you again Christian I wish wonderful things for you in your new location.

Highly Recommend for GF Cooking Class!!! - This was one of our favorite experiences in Italy so far. Christian was so friendly and accommodating to our gluten free needs and taught us a ton about gluten free cooking. We made three types of pastas from scratch, enjoyed all of them with 3 different sauces he treated us to and to top it off, the class was hosted in the 2025 best gelato in Rome winner! Perfect way to spend a day and there was so much food we didn’t even need dinner that night as we were all so full from lunch still!
