An amazing tour - What a great experience. The Mercedes sprinter van was clean and comfortable (with fantastic air condition). Ron is an amazing tour guide full of knowledge, wit, and passion. Ron conveys the stories of Scotland and the highlands with detail that makes you lose track of time. The castles, lochs, and glens were all great to see. I highly recommend this.

Treasured Memory - What an amazing experience! My daughter and I visited Edinburgh for a short visit and this tour of the Highlands was recommended by my travel agent. I’m so glad because it was by far the absolute highlight of our trip! The Mercedes van was spotless and very comfortable and had large windows that provided fantastic views. Our guide Kieran was delightful and charming! He provided wonderful information along the way and the sights were just spectacular! We loved seeing the Highland coos ( I think that’s close to how it’s pronounced) , the peaceful Lochs that we desperately wanted to go swimming in and the beautiful castles. It was truly magical! Also, we very much appreciated that Inveraray Castle had gluten free options available for the celiac in our party. We had just enough time to have a wonderful experience and realize that we absolutely need to go back and spend more time in the Highlands of Scotland! Thank you Discover Scotland Tours and Kieran for a special opportunity! And if you go, don’t forget to tip your tour guide!

Good experience - Good story telling and variety of sights. Frankly Invernay castle visit was underwhelming and we wouldn't have time for lunch if we had visited that. The driver Gary was really good and friendly. Just a word os caution, you will have to be very quick at the stops because sadly there isn't enough time for a elaborate visit.

Beautiful Scottish Highlands - This trip includes extensive coverage of the Scottish Highlands as we went from one side of Scotland to the other. Numerous stops were included and we had plenty of time to walk around Inverary and Luss and views of multiple castles. Our driver Fionn was very knowledgeable and had a really interesting song playlist of Scottish artists included as well.

A day well spent! - Book it!!! Van is comfortable and clean and you are never on the road too long before the next stop. Our guide Fionn was the awesome! He was previously a radio DJ and played us a great playlist of artists some I didn't know were Scottish! Currently listening to Belle and Sebastian on repeat. Tip: instead of eating in town, eat lunch in the cafe at Inveraray Castle to have more time to explore the castle and grounds. There is also a standing stone in the field on the way up to the Inveraray Castle for any Outlander fans!

Save your money it’s a dud - Most boring tour I’ve ever been on. I’m not paying to drive around all day stopping to buy trinkets and food. First stop at Doune castle was interesting but the second castle (the one that would have been awesome to see) was closed so when they say castles they mean castle. I’d like my money back it’s not worth it. Then the last stop at Luss was nothing to do but sit in the heat for 2 hours! Same for the Locke before the last one. Eat and shop trinkets! Boring boring boring!!
