He messaged us that he arrived early 10:45 (scheduled at 11:00) which we truly appreciated. We were dropped off at our terminal, he unloaded or luggage. This service is very convenient for those with children and or with luggage. We had 4 suitcases and 4 bags and we’re comfortable.

He even found some cool stuff our twin daughters went nuts for! Then it was a completely different vibe at Sensoji Temple and the giant Meiji Jingu Ichino Torii. Show was on point, explaining the history and the deal with Japan's two main religions, Shintoism and Buddhism. He made it super easy to understand how these traditions have been around forever, shaping everything here, even for our daughters. And walking through Asakusa felt like stepping back in time, all thanks to Show making it so vivid. We also checked out the Tsukiji Fish Market. Show gave us the whole rundown on its history as a massive wholesale market and how it's still buzzing today. He even explained the cool Tsukiji Torii gate and its connection to the sea. But here's the real talk: Show was amazing with our twin daughters. He totally got what they were into, making the explanations fun with cool facts and even some playful challenges. He made learning about history and culture actually exciting for them, and they absolutely loved him. Honestly, by the end of the day, Show felt more like family than just a tour guide. Daikoku Pier Cruise Terminal to Narita International - Driver was on time (early). Very good communication by driver starting from the night before pickup. Everything went smooth.

Driver was on-time,... - Driver was on-time, professional, and friendly. We had plenty of room for us and our 5 pieces of luggage in the van. The only slight issue is that as I had never been to the port before, I was not sure exactly where he was to pick us up. But they answered that question for me promptly.

Great transportation option - Great communication with confirmation of date, time, meeting/drop off location , license number of vehicle, contact name and number given prior to day of service. Highly recommend. I was traveling with a group of 7 and the vehicle fit all of us plus all of our luggage easily! Made traveling with a larger group less stressful. Thank you.

the booked taxi did not... - the booked taxi did not turn up. the driver mentioned being hit at the rear end. the message came right at the agreed pickup time. with difficulties I had to immediately find a different taxi to get me to the airport. I am still awaiting the full refund from you.

Wasted time and money - I got off the ship at 7:30 am to meet the driver at 8:00 am. I stayed until 8:35 but never saw him. I was also looking for a sign with my name on it. There was nothing. I left in a taxi. So I lost my money plus lost my cool. If you’re supposed to be there at 8 then be there at 8. The company knew my number but never called to say why the driver was late or if he was ever going to come at all.
