Visit Verona on your own - Know the city at your own pace. This guide gives you the explanations of the main millionaires and most important places. In addition, you can follow the proposed route or change it, as you want, since it is all recorded.

I liked to plan about three days from order to confirmation - I really liked the tour of Verona. When booking, however, I had overlooked that the tour could not be done immediately, but that I had to wait for a confirmation and received the link three days later.
For me that was fine, it is only important to know that there are about three days between booking and the possibility to start in tour. In this respect, it is not suitable for a spontaneous sightseeing tour.
But I liked it a lot and I would also fall back on this variant in another city.

Virtual Verona tour guide with some extra infos - Did the virtual city tour by Walking Cap last Sunday and really liked it.
The tour took us to important places (e.g. one of the nicest cathedrals we have seen so far) and gave some background - just like a tour guide would. The text on the webpage is changeable to other languages and contains pictures as well giving additional information.
And finally, the guide gave a few tips regarding drink and food - that we immediately turned into action, first sipping a Spritz opposite the Arena and then enjoying Risotto all’Amarone in an Osteria. What a day.
Downsides?
The tourguide is based on a webpage. Therefore it cannot be downloaded and one needs an online connection to listen.
Also the English version is a computer generated voice with strong american accent, that ignores any Italian or Latin pronunciation. The owner promised me, he is working on replacing those with own recordings. This will improve the experience in the future.
I would recommend the tour anytime.

Easy and informative - I was really pleased at the quality of the e materials for the self-guided tour that were provided that included a route outline on Google maps, audio and written guidance notes. It was easy to access and use and I will definitely look to use it other cities.

Enjoy Verona at your own pace!! - It was our first trip to Verona ... the walking tour was excellent - very informative and easy to use. We were able to enjoy Verona at our own pace, strolling around but not missing a thing thanks to the information on the tour!

Verona September 2025 - We used this Service for the first time to visit Verona, and 'was very useful for both the description and the itinerary. You can visit the city at your own pace and in freedom.

A concise and interesting summary of this beautiful city - A well written,concise and easy to follow guide to Verona. We saw all of the sights on the tour but not in the order that the guide suggests which made things very easy - you can “ jump in and out at any time if your choosing”
