Tour bus - It was so great! One time the bus was full and had to wait and then walk 20 minutes. They never stopped at #4 on the red line. I was disappointed

Great way to see city when short on time - I only had one day in Verona so this was the perfect way to get a feel for the city. I was able to do both the red and blue lines. It was easy to get off where you wanted and then hop on elsewhere

Great overview of Verona - Great way to get a lay of the land. We really enjoyed getting off the bus at Castel San Pietro for some awesome pictures.

Perfect for day trippers - Started at the train station; did the city route; when it started to rain, we hopped on the bus and enjoyed the other route. Ended our day back on the route to the train station. Perfect for seeing the lovely city of Verona.

Excellent - Perfect for first time visit to Verona. We managed to see even the places where public transport is not readily available. The bus emplyees are also very helpful and courteous.

Hop on hop off-perfect intro to Verona. - Cecelia was an amazing guide. She's informative, intelligent, funny and speaks English perfectly. We were on the small bus and loved the stops.

Nice tour - It was a nice way to see the city on a HOT day. The audio in the headphones did not always match up with what we heard. We started late as the driver kept selling tickets even after the published start time.

Average - It was just ok. Some places were quite away from venue, but given no direction. Not informative, not helpful and not forthcoming staff. In fact every bus we got on seemed the same.

Don't waste your money on a very badly run service. - Over priced and extremely disappointing. The audio information was out of sink with our location from the information I got from my wife and the driver appeared to be rebooting the system whilst driving. I tried two sets of hearing buds but never did hear any commentary. The guide was not interested in my problem with receiving the audio and just kept chatting with the driver who was not concentrating on his driving! When we decided to get off the bus to take pictures we were told that we had 5 minutes and that getting in the next bus could be a problem. Don't bother, it is very poorly operated and not worth 25 Euros.
