Beautiful Verona - Verona is a beautiful city and this tour lets you experience it. The 24 hour ticket lets you do both tours - line A and B. Value for money. My favorite stop was Juliette's house.

Tour bus - It was so great! One time the bus was full and had to wait and then walk 20 minutes. They never stopped at #4 on the red line. I was disappointed

Great way to see city when short on time - I only had one day in Verona so this was the perfect way to get a feel for the city. I was able to do both the red and blue lines. It was easy to get off where you wanted and then hop on elsewhere

Great overview of Verona - Great way to get a lay of the land. We really enjoyed getting off the bus at Castel San Pietro for some awesome pictures.

Nice and affordable - Simple and affordable way to see the city sights. Don't forget to get kn the blue line as there is a atop on top of hill where you can see verona up high and the view is magnificent.

Only of you can't walk - Great service and well-planned stops, but the city is small and we spent way too long in traffic or waiting for the next bus.

Hop On/Hop Off is a Misrepresentation - The hop on/hop off opportunity was poor, at least for the blue line. We got on the blue line at the initial stop and got off to see a garden at the third stop. After visiting the garden, we waited at the stop and found that the next bus was full and we couldn't board. We walked to the next stop and waited again only to find that the next bus was also full. We then walked to the next stop (Castel San Pietro) which was a strenuous climb up the hill to the castel. We assumed enough people would get off at the castel that we could board and ride back to the initial stop. But when the bus arrived, all passengers got off the bus and were allowed 2 minutes to photograph the view and reboard. So essentially, this was a ride up and back to the castel and not really a hop on/hop off feature. Complicating this was that the blue route only used small van buses with space for only 20 to 25 people due to the narrow streets. The people selling the tickets at the initial stop should have been honest and told us that we likely would not be able to hop on/hop off on this route.

Disappointing - We saw about 75% of redline. Jumped off. About three hours later we waited 1.5 hours at a blue line drop off. No bus. Walked back to meeting point and waited for redline to no avail. Walked back to train station in rain. Walked over 10 miles due to no bus service. If the buses were not going to run in the rain, it should have been disclosed before we got on the bus. Verona was beautiful. Unfortunately we did not get the full experience.
