Murano Glass - The Murano glass factory we visited (there are many), was very informative. What talented artists they have demonstrating how the glass blowing process works.
Following the tour we walked around the island of Murano. What a pleasant island. Clean, quaint and charming. Lot's of tourist shops. Very pleasant experience.

Hopefully not a dying art!! Absolutely fantastic. - Really impressive display of artistic talent. You realize why Murano glass is so expensive! One of the shop clerks was so helpful and brought us to the back when we asked questions about the process. Really passionate about their craft.

Excellent Glass Making Tour in Murano - On a Tour of this site by our Gate 1 Tour my wife and I were very impressed with the quality and skills exhibited by their artists. It took about 2 hours and it was amazing to see the intricate designs and variety of glassworks they could create. We didn’t buy much in the factory shops but learned a lot about this type of skill from the demonstrations. Very interesting and impressive if you get a chance to visit.

This was definitely a... - This was definitely a very cool experience- Watching a historical art form be performed right in front you. It was pretty short though (20 mins) and we had to wait 15 minutes past start time to commence. When they tour is done they show you the gallery (gift shop). For the price I wouldn’t complain too much.

The reception room... - The reception room with only souvenir products little attracted. The creation of the product was limited to a simple glass and a horse, less than 20 minutes. The products featured in the exhibition very classic little innovation.

Very uninteresting - They give very little affection to the presentation of the craft workshop. They give you a very superficial explanation and pass you to the store quickly. I did not like the visit
