• Carrer del Penyagolosa, 5 - We will meet at the door of San Valero Parish. We will go to the Ruzafa market together and we will make the purchase of the fresh products necessary to cook a good paella. While we are making the purchase we will tell you the origin of the paella and customs and culture of the Valencian people.
  Later we will walk for 8 minutes to reach the kitchen where we will hold a sangria workshop. The chef will be waiting us with some delicious tapas accompanied by sangria, beer, water… Then our chef will explain step by step the preparation of a vegetable paella and once finished we will sit down to taste it. We will accompany the paella with a Valencian tomato salad, Valencia wines, seasonal fruit, typical Valencian sponge cake, sweet wine and coffee.

We will teach you how to cook a vegetable paella. A team of native cooks and assistants will guide you through the process of making a Vegetable Paella in the most enjoyable and entertaining way. Our goal is for you to learn all the secrets of paella. After completing the course, we will stay in touch to answer any questions that may arise, until you become part of this select group of rice cooks.
