- My First Paella - We will meet at the door of San Valero Parish. We will go to the Ruzafa market together and we will make the purchase of the fresh products necessary to cook a good paella. While we are making the purchase we will tell you the origin of the paella and customs and culture of the Valencian people.\nLater we will walk for 8 minutes…

While we are making the purchase we will tell you the origin of the paella and customs and culture of the Valencian people.\nLater we will walk for 8 minutes to reach the kitchen where we will hold a sangria workshop.The chef will be waiting us with some delicious tapas accompanied by sangria, beer, water … Then our chef will explain step by step the preparation of the authentic valencian paella (chicken and rabbit) and once finished we will sit down to taste it. We will accompany the paella with a Valencian tomato salad, Valencia wines, seasonal fruit, typical Valencian sponge cake, sweet wine and coffee.

Fun day making paella! - Fun day visiting the market and learning the basics of paella making. The Raffa Market is smaller than the touristy Central Market, which was easier to manage. The guides were fun and very open to questions, modifications due to diet, etc. Valencia is beautiful this time of year as well. Definitely recommend this class/tour!

This was my fourth visit... - This was my fourth visit and this time I brought my sisters and their husbands. My family had a great time and the food/entertainment always exceeds expectations. Thank you to this team for all the happy memories of my time in Spain.

Excellent class with a lot of laughter and brilliant teachers. A must do in Valencia! - My partner and I were in Valencia for a couple of days and, due to bad weather, decided to book this cooking class to hide away from the rain as we love food and cooking. We were very glad the weather pushed us to do this as the class exceeded our expectations and was brilliantly delivered by Joan, Valentin and Cris. It is brilliant value for money - getting a tour around the Ruzafa market, having some tapas and sangria on arrival, being taught how to make the paella and then sitting down and eating at the end. And a lot of little insights into the Valencian culture! We highly recommend this to anyone who is in Valencia and wants to experience something a bit different. Moltíssimes gràcies!!

Learning to cook like the locals - It was so much fun and the experience has left a life long impression that will last me and my friends for ever. We made a valencian paella and the best part was eating it.

Excellent experience. We... - Excellent experience. We prepared Valencian paella with rabbit and chicken. We had an excellent time. Joan and Ana were excellent hosts and they enhanced the experience. We also had a very nice group for our class, and we enjoyed talking with the other travelers. We recommend this tour to any visitors to Valencia!

Great experience making Paella in Valencia! - We had such a fun and amazing time!! My girlfriend and I had so much fun sharing Tapas and Sangria with people from around the world. We cooked tradition Valencian Paella with José and he made the experience unforgettable; a must do when visiting Valencia!!
