Great way to see a new city - Got a chance to see so much more of the city than I would have on my own. My saughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the pace and narration.

Bus tour of Turin - A good way to see the major sites of Turin from the comfort of the bus and the commentary is spot on. When time is limited its a great way to see the city. The 3 tours can be done one after each other which is great.

Fine way of seeing the city - Very nice way to see the city in a short time! You see many different things and get information about the things you see. Friendly and helpful staff

A great way for us to see Turin’s richness - Well organized. Easy to find the buses; helpful staff; considerate in ensuring we could hear and understand with our earphones; overhanging branch safety precautions taken. Great to be able to take the 3 tour options of the city at your own pace. Turin is a beautiful, multi-faceted city to visit.

Nice staff but repetitive and out of sync commentary - We got a 48 hour ticket for our three day stay in Turin. (Would have preferred 72 hours). The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a nice way to see the city. Our only complaint was the tour commentary. It was often out of sync and we heard similar information on some of the routes. Often you couldn’t actually see what was being spoken about.

Bare - I enjoyed seeing the city of course, but there was not enough information about what we were passing through. I was hoping for a running commentary. There was no advance warning about hopping off points, so no time to decide whether to do it, or ask questions. The green route took us to the palace, but we only glimpsed it for a second through the trees - why couldn't we get close up and see the gardens? The whole thing felt very overpriced and impersonal. However, the guides were very nice. Perhaps they could have walked around and answered questions.

prefer your feet - It is better to use your feet to discover this city because the bus cannot circulate in the streets, so what's the point?

Too expensive for what we could do - Unfortunately the horrible weather and the king's funeral created a great inconvenience. We couldn't get off the bus and take advantage of the idea of stopping and starting

Site not to be used, not giving tickets but vouchers for tickets in a place not found - The order is to be paid before and it is in fact a voucher (written in very small, provide magnifying glasses) to pick up the tickets in an office not found in Place Castello in Turin, so we could not use this service and had to fend for ourselves to go to the funicular of Sassi and Superga. Despite an email to this organization asking for a voucher for the unused service (74 euros anyway) on a future Attraction of this company, no reply. This site should not be used. The usual organizations provide you with tickets by email as soon as you pay

No tourist buses running - Waited at bus stop for long time until we found out hop on hop off bus in Turin only operated at weekend -after we had asked in Tourist Office where the bus stop was-surely they should have told us there were no buses on that day🤔😭
