Little bit disappointing - Found the on board notifications poor. Upcoming stops weren't announced and people were missing the stops. Staff were pleasant and helpful otherwise.

Lack of full education - Badly educated and ignorant employees, my husband bought the wrong tickets and we asked to change, they started screaming and saying that he did not make a refund, the other company has more buses, kind employees and do not charge children. Take line A,b. C and D

Not the best bus tour - Not the best bus tour in a city and I always book when travelling Audio wasn’t accurate, seemed to miss the sight or place of interest as a lag, perhaps due to traffic. No button to stop bus if you want to hop off Two routes, first one too long, 2nd much shorter and replicated some of previous. Wouldn’t chose this company again

Don't use that company - If you get out of the bus you'll never gonna get picked up after... they told us 35 min between bus but it's more than one hour...

Very bad Bus Tour ever!! - Biggest scam ever! Don't book! We bought tickets in the morning via the QR code on the pole at a stop. Tried to find a time-map online: there isn't one and there's a reason. This bus does not run / barely!!! We waited 90+ minutes for the first bus, which never came. Then we went by tram and then, at 12:30 pm (the bus was going to run at 10:00 am) saw two buses at Piazza del Duomo that were clearly not going to run. Drive at this “first” stop of the route was huge then. We want our money back, but we get no response. When you call you get, what seems, men from India or on the line who can't help you with anything.

Lying - We bought 2 tickets for 2 days. Frequent buses are mentioned which can be located on a real-time map (to avoid waiting 1 hour at each station). The localization did not work on either day. The first bus arrived at 11:15 a.m. halfway through the route. The audio jacks did not work well. No way to recharge the cell phone (this is also an argument from the company). My wife called the switchboard and they hung up on her. Fortunately the staff on board the bus saves a little face for the company by being at our service. Shame on the people in the offices who don't take care of their clients. We took the bus twice in 2 days instead of taking full advantage of it, just because it doesn't work

To flee - Strongly not recommended! Not serious. It is marked that you can follow the buses live, because no timetable is mentioned! It's wrong!! We waited 1 hour for the bus, not knowing if it had already passed or not. What a waste of time! We tried calling the number on the ticket asking: hello, do you speak English? The answer was as short as it was disconcerting for a tourism company: no! then the person hung up on me! What a shame! The only person who was willing to help us with a photo of the estimated timetable was the assistant on the bus, Amani, who was very kind. In addition, 30% of seats have faulty headphone jacks. So move on. Take tickets for public trams and buses, much more economical with a denser network.

Don’t do it! - Absolute joke, we waited at Central stop for 40 mins, another lady was waiting for over an hour with two small children. Then another 30 mins when we hoped back on after touring, ridiculous… Very poor service, the staff are very unhelpful, I believe it’s the worst hop on hop off tour service I’ve ever experienced. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it, you would be better off walking

Avoid Milan open tour bus company 😢 - AVOID. Its a con, with staff who don't tell the truth or cannot be bothered to answer you. We were waiting in queue for city seeing open bus and was approached to buy from open tour - said same route ut on 1 bus instead of 3, and same price but bus was leaving in 5mins, not 30 like other... so we went for it, €60 for family of 4. We were 1st on bus and the 3 rows at front of bus were soaking wet, seats and puddles on floor. We waited sitting on bus..... the other bus left and we still hadn't.. I had to go ask if we could leave..... as others said the commentary is poor and doesn't seem to match up with GPS of where the bus is. It does give alot of info - but its mostly just talking, not explaining where there talking about or what it looks like. Upstairs no stop button so my husb ran down and then we got the kids up and down the stairs as the bus was slowing. On exiting the bus, we asked what time to get picked up - they said every hour, on the hour. We returned to the stop with 15mins to spare.....and waited....and waited....and waited. We tried to scan the qr code for live timetable but was having difficulty. After finally succeeding 25mins after o'clock , we noticed there was only 1 bus in action and it was 17 stops back!!! So wouldv still been another hour!!.... we then decided to just walk back to the Duomo, knowing we would be back before the bus! Whilst waiting 3 city sightseeing hop on/off passed us!! I am extremely disappointed in this company, we bought the ticket to allow us to get on and off, €60!! To get off once, the journey would have cost us €4.40 on the metro!!! This totally ruined our day trip of sightseeing! Do not use this bus company as I'm not sure they are trustworthy. They say anything and just leave you stranded in areas. Worse that they target families.
