Beautiful experience - We spent a weekend in Milan and decided to take the tourist bus to discover the most important sites of the city. We were surprised. Well organized with 2 lines that reach all the attractions of Milan. Pleasant experience

For an alternative day, highly recommended!! - My friends and I were looking for an alternative idea to visit the city, and Open Tour Milan gave us the opportunity. The greatest advantage of this type of tour is that you get off at each of the stops and give you the opportunity to visit the city in its entirety and then get back on and continue to other destinations. We purchased the tickets online. The buses are modern, clean, with self-guiding in 11 languages accompanied by the presence of paper maps of the itinerary. With us there was our 4-legged friend, who was also able to fully enjoy the view from the top of the buses. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

A complete and pleasant overview - A panoramic and complete visit of Milan accompanied by a guide and a clear and detailed audio guide service that allows you to reach all the iconic places of the city, getting off to visit those of interest and going back up to continue the tour as many times as necessary. you want it. On sunny days the accommodation and view from sitting on the upper deck of the bus is fantastic. Highly recommended for having an overall view of the city and for reaching even the most distant places. Adequate cost.

Worth the money - Took the tour around the city, i think is a perfect option if you are visiting Milano for 1 or 2 days. You can hop on and hop off the bus anywhere and there are two nice routes. Extra thanks to Paolo B, for going the extra mile, literally.

Day trip - Booked at Duomo stop. €20 per pax. About 1.5 hr round trip and 25mins interval. Hop on hop off. Last bus 8pm. Not very punctual. Blue line very busy traffic. Multi lingual via earphone jack.

A nice ride, but that's about all - Having done several hop-on-hop-off bus tours in Europe, I was looking forward to this one in Milan. But it was very disappointing. The tour hosts seemed to not want to be there, and the audio commentary often didn't match the location.

Meh; not worth the price - My husband wanted to take this bus tour since we didn't have much time in Milan and at least we'd get a sense of the city. It's a hop on/hop off, but we just rode the whole loop as did most of the rest of the people, probably because it was cold outside and the bus was warmer. Unfortunately, because it was December, the top deck had a plastic cover to keep the heat in which meant you couldn't take decent photos of anything. Comically, my husband was lulled to sleep by the motion of the bus and spent most of the tour napping. When he was awake he said the headphones where shocking him and so he stopped using them. I noticed a spark when I plugged mine in. So something is up with their audio system. I thought the audio information was okay, but the price at 22 euros a person was too high for what you got. I wouldn't do this again.

Ripped Off! Terrible Commentary & Overall Waste of Money - My husband & I visited Milan for a couple of days Sept 12 & 13, 2018, and since we were short on time, decided to take one of the open top tours from Duomo Square to get an overall feel for the city. The guy at the bus stop, an Egyptian (he said) with glasses, ripped us off for 40 euros. He told us the total price would be 44 euros for the 2 of us, and my husband gave him 3 paper bills, ( 2 20's and 1 five). He then claimed he didn't have change (after he'd been there all day!!!) and gave my husband the 5 euro bill back and told him to go across the street and get change. I waited there and he gave me the 2 tickets. When my husband returned and gave him 4 euro coins, he said "Where's the rest of it??" We both then reminded him he had kept the 40 euros and put the money in his pouch, and he denied it. We started to quietly argue with him, and he then said..."I am Egyptian! I wouldn't cheat you!!" What a joke. Out of desperation and exasperation, and because the bus was approaching, we chalked it up to a bad experience and gave him another 40 euros. The tour itself is a joke. The recorded commentary is laughable. You have no idea where you are in relation to what is being said on the recording. When we arrived back at our hotel that evening, we sat down and went all through our receipts and finances for the day, and sure enough....we were short the 40 euros. Ripped off and left a bad taste in our mouth. Would never recommend this company, and be VERY careful this doesn't happen to you! This guy probably does this all day long.

too expensive and bad customer service - I am used to take a tour with these buses when I visit a city for the first time as I reckon the best way to have a glimpse of the city. In Milan there were this company and the international City Sightseeing. I choose Open Tour Milan as I thought that being a local company they will do a better service. I was wrong. Same route, same price of city Sightseeing with a very bad frequency, a poor customer service onboard and in my opinion a price to expensive comparing with the few things you might see in Milan.
