Excellent experience - Excellent experience, 2 hours tour full of great impressions through the busy streets of Milan passing all the famous but also unknown sights, instructive informations throughout the tour, good service onboard, no delay at the starting point at Piazza Duomo

Lack of full education - Badly educated and ignorant employees, my husband bought the wrong tickets and we asked to change, they started screaming and saying that he did not make a refund, the other company has more buses, kind employees and do not charge children. Take line A,b. C and D

A disaster - I don't know what happens to you. Eces the sightseein.This one takes 60', they don't stop if you don't warn them, they are ungainly and the audio doesn't explain things in detail. I've used, used the.other one there's color. I don't recommend it at all.

Use the other service - Please avoid at all costs, use the other operator so you don't have to stand jealously watching their hop on hop off service go past several times while you stand and wait in hope that a green one will eventually show up.

Olvidate de Milan Open Tour - We bought two passes for the 10th/Oct. We stayed 65 minutes (until we got tired of waiting, it could have been all day) waiting for the next bus. In that interim, 3 buses passed City Sight Seeing (the competing company) I wrote a claim to [email protected] and [email protected], and they have NOT EVEN deigned to contact to offer an apology. Based on the experience of the service and Customer Service can not recommend more strongly, that you DO NOT CO-DEAL with this company

No interest - Real bad. Wrong circuit with out of sync comments! Tour without interest you can hardly see the monuments. 1 h 50 and 48 euros lost

Worst bus experience ever - First of all, we waited 50 minutes for this bus to arrive. After that eternity the driver refused to open the yellow cover from upstairs. I told them the first time and they said they will try. 10 minutes later I asked them again and by that time the yellow lid was allegedly broken. There was barely fresh air upstairs and very smelly. The worst part was that we couldn't see the sky, nor the buildings. Very very bad! That yellow cover is truly awful. An abomination.

Don't use that company - If you get out of the bus you'll never gonna get picked up after... they told us 35 min between bus but it's more than one hour...

Very bad Bus Tour ever!! - Biggest scam ever! Don't book! We bought tickets in the morning via the QR code on the pole at a stop. Tried to find a time-map online: there isn't one and there's a reason. This bus does not run / barely!!! We waited 90+ minutes for the first bus, which never came. Then we went by tram and then, at 12:30 pm (the bus was going to run at 10:00 am) saw two buses at Piazza del Duomo that were clearly not going to run. Drive at this “first” stop of the route was huge then. We want our money back, but we get no response. When you call you get, what seems, men from India or on the line who can't help you with anything.
