• Our Lady of the Rocks - According to legend, this islet was created over centuries by local sailors who honored an ancient vow after discovering the icon of Madonna and Child on a rock in the sea on July 22, 1452. After each successful voyage, they would place a rock in the Bay, and over time, the islet emerged from the sea. This tradition of throwing rocks into the sea continues today. Every year at sunset on July 22, an event called “fašinada” in the local dialect occurs, where residents take boats and throw rocks into the sea, expanding the island’s surface. Visitors can explore the island, which features a church and museum.
• Blue Grotto - This is the most stunning natural formation of its kind in the entire Mediterranean. Located on the Lustica Peninsula, the grotto’s sea-level surface spans 100 square meters, and its interior is round with a vaulted ceiling.
• Mamula Fortress - Mamula, also known as Lastavica, is an uninhabited islet in the Adriatic Sea, within the southwestern Montenegrin municipality of Herceg Novi. During the Venetian Republic’s rule, it was called Rondina. The island features a fort built in 1853 by Austro-Hungarian General Lazarus von Mamula, covering about 90% of the island’s surface. Along with fortifications on Prevlaka’s Cape Oštro and Luštica’s Cape Arza, also suggested by General Mamula, Fort Mamula was part of the Austro-Hungarian Army’s strategy to prevent enemy access to the Bay of Kotor.
• Bay of Kotor - Near the small village of Rose, there are three impressive Submarine Tunnels constructed by the Yugoslav Army. The openings are camouflaged with fake rocks to avoid detection by satellites or spy planes. One tunnel leads towards the open sea and Mamula island, while the other two head 1-2 km towards Tivat. Several abandoned Yugoslav Navy ships are also nearby. The tunnels are dead ends, so swimming through is not possible, but visitors can swim to the end and back. Walking alongside and exploring is also an option, though it is quite dark at the end, so a flashlight is recommended. Additional walking tunnels branch off from the main submarine tunnel. Visitors can explore the secret tunnels, enjoy a swim, or for the adventurous, dive from the top of the cave into the sea.

This tour is sure to delight! Begin with a 15-minute journey past the charming villages of Boka, leading to Our Lady of the Rocks Island. Here, you will have 20 minutes to explore the island, including the church and museum (note: additional fees apply for museum entry). The island was created by locals several centuries ago, and it is highly recommended to visit both the church and the museum, which houses a remarkable treasury. Following this, enjoy a 45-minute ride to the Blue Cave, where you can experience the unique sensation of swimming inside the cave. Afterward, take in a scenic ride past Mamula Island, with a brief stop at an old submarine tunnel, which serves as our final stop before returning to the starting point.
