Discover New Thailand - It was very good. Thailand is often associated with temples and the sea, but this tour gave me an opportunity to learn about another Thailand. The guide lady was very enthusiastic and kind.

Fantastic day out - We had a fantastic time on this trip. The best thing we’ve done in Thailand so far. It’s quite a way out of the city but the air conditioned bus was comfortable. We stopped at an amazing waterfall first, then went on to trek in the national park. We saw 3 snakes and a giant spider which were pointed out by our local guide. The walk was really interesting and not too challenging. Lunch in the Karen village was delicious and the coffee is amazing. After the hike we went on to the highest spot in Thailand. The cooler air was a welcome relief (19c). Then we went on to the twin pagodas which were also well worth seeing. We stopped at a market on the way back before being dropped off at our hotel. The whole day lasted from 7:30am till 6 pm. The day was very well organised and our guide, Q, was absolutely brilliant. He knew everything we wanted to know at each stop and even taught us some Thai phrases during the day, he was a really lovely guy. Great trip. 10/10. Definitely recommend.

Long day out. - My partner had food poisoning so couldn't come. Trip was great but a long day with just a little too much packed into it. Coffee was good and partner was upset to miss it.

Quite basic but worth the money. Good timings. - I got picked up from my hotel in time to join the party of 12 for the trip on 15th Jan 2020. During the initial 2h Kew mae pan -trek there wasn't much guiding from the guide, but when he started telling stuff and explained the area's history in a small museum, every sentence was as hilarious as it was educational. I'd have been happy to pay just to hear that, so make sure you don't miss it! Speaking of missing, twice we would have left without everyone on board if a traveler hadn't told the guide - small issues, right? I must say that the schedule was very well done; not too much time at the market or village (10-15 mins) while spending a good 30 mins at a great waterfall and just about enough on the 2h trek. (Other similar trip reviews seemed have had worse timings.) I would have trekked a bit slower to enjoy the forests and views more, but it wasn't bad either. I think I got a lot of value for my money: -2h trek through Kew Mae Pan -View from highest point of Thailand (not that great tbh) -Museum explanation (brilliant by the ex-police guide!) -Quick market stop (unnecessary but quick) -Lunch -Quick local village visit with local coffee -Visit 2 big pagogas -Visit an actually good waterfall even during dry January (make sure to walk down!)
