Great way to get familiar with the city - There are two lines for this Hop on Hop off and they cover a large area of Tallinn. I rode the entire first route, then asked the driver when the next route would be along and the bus had changed to the second route so I stayed on and rode it all around. Great way to get familiar with the city.

Make sure driver knows... - Make sure driver knows which stop you want well in advance after your last stop particularly if there is no one waiting to get on at the stop you want off.

It was nice but two operator confusion should be cleared - Nice one but with two operators there was big confusion This should be differentiated properly Buses are nice and good audio commentry

Booked this tour because... - Booked this tour because it said it was wheelchair accessible. However, there was no ramp. I had to lift the motorized scooter into the bus with the help of the driver. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Easy overview - I travel alone, so the hop on hop off bus is an easy way to get an overview of everything. There isn’t much in around the town, but up in the old city, there was a lot to see. The bus only runs a limited amount of time. We were trying to catch the next to the last return to the ship, but the bus was running late. A few taxis were out there but wanted to rip us off and charge €20 just to get to the ship. The bus came a few minutes later. It’s clean, the recording message is clear, and it’s worth the relatively low cost.

The ticket is not worth his money - The stops are not marked. There are no signs. We waited sn the indicated stop 35 minutes and no bus came. When one came, he just drove by. We ran back to the stop where we got off and drove to the TV gym. Again, no stop sign. He promised us a bus in 30 minutes. When he came in, we weren't promoted. Supposedly a competition company. We couldn't tell the difference. When the right bus finally arrived, we drove again into the old town. The company is totally disorganized and the belts don't work either. Ride-sharing is a lottery game. Absolutely not recommended.

I do not think it was... - I do not think it was worth it. The gap between the tours were an hour so you had to wait for a long time and it felt like a waste. I have taken an uber to places and it costed me less.

Better to Walk - We should have hopped off. Bus was so so so slow. We both thought we should get out and push. Bet we were going 10 mph. All other vehicles passed us. We were mostly stuck in traffic. There was disagreement between a driver and an agent on the route and exactly how much time it takes. Regardless, it was a terrible experience. The woman in front of us complained too, we heard her. We have used this service recently in Helsinki and years ago in Vancouver, BC. Both times it was excellent. DO NOT REPEAT OUR MISTAKE.

DO NOT BOOK IN ADVANCE WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want to chance kissing your money goodbye - When you travel internationally, things can happen. Things happened with us and we weren't able to make the last bus on the day we were booked. I tried contacting the tour operator but THEY NEVER RESPONDED AND STILL HAVEN'T. All we hoped to do was move our booking to the next day. We had to communicate with them through Viator. Viator told us that the Hop on Hop Off company would not let us move our booking to the next day (despite my past experience being that these busses never fill up). So I asked to be refunded instead, but they wouldn't do that, either. So that's €250 down the drain. All they did was essentially say that it was not "their policy" to accommodate us. My recommendation to anyone considering this for operator is to not buy tickets until you are there. Don't let them screw you the way they did us.
