Super comfortable and interesting! - Experience ticket purchased on the ferry from cirkewwa to Gozo. In my opinion and my family it was super comfortable, you could get off at all the stops and then get on the next bus, of both lines. We were able to easily visit the capital and other places on the coast, not to mention the fact that the audio guide is included in a lot of languages, so it was very interesting to find out all the details of the places visited or where we passed. We stayed on the second floor, I recommend putting a scarf on your head (there is a lot of wind and also a lot of sun), the view was beautiful.

Not great commentary it’s timing was out - The commentary was out of synch so it didn’t mean much! It was about 4 minutes in front . It was a hot day and the aircon inside bus wasn’t very good…. Better to get the local bus to places… wasn’t worth the money!

If you have the means, go with private tours; if not, lower your expectations. - For a tour operation, this was very disorganized. It was difficult to get complete information from the site or the operators. If you actually want to ride the bus and see stuff, sit up top, but be warned it is usually sunny and hot in Gozo. If you want to hop on/hop off, you can get in a few sights but most require a good amount of time to visit, and some have a significant walk from the bus stop (5-10, up to 30 min.) The narration (via provided headsets, in multiple languages), was interesting. We wasted money buying the ticket that allows you into certain attractions because we just did not have time to get to them. The bus left the port late due to a prolonged ticketing/boarding process that should have been smooth with tickets purchased online. The instructions for returning to the port on time were not good, the schedule is difficult to read, and the drivers were not very friendly and not very helpful; also did not speak fluent English. The driver made an extended stop at one point where he sold bottles of water; not sure if this is authorized or a side hustle. The ferry part of the transportation was nicer. Avoid sitting on upper deck near front on boats with fixed windows in that area, due to no ventilation. Beverages available for purchase on board, prices appeared to be similar to those on land.

Don't waste you money - Wouldn't recommend, overcrowded, seen mostly motorways and very little information about the buildings etc of malta. At one stage thought headphones weren't working but there just wasn't anyone talking. Don't waste your money take a walking tour or research other ways to see Malta.

Waste of a day - Wished we hadn't bothered. Took over two hours to actually get to Gozo so left us with less time to explore. Not enough time at each stop. In hindsight we should have just headed to the citadel and spent our time there. What the company fail to tell you is that the cost doesn't include the return ferry which is an extra 10 euros.

Avoid - Bad information. Rude staff. Very difficult to find bus stops at the port. All in all a really poor experience and one we wish we had avoided on our trip to Malta.

Audio guide not working - It was terrible. The headphone audio guide wasn’t working, and the buses were late. The whole day was wasted. The views were beautiful — if only they hadn’t sold so many tickets that the bus was overcrowded and there were no seats left upstairs to enjoy them

It’s just a bus trip with no information - This sightseeing tour was a BIG disappointment. There was no information provided apart from a paper map. The four buses I was on the bus drivers rarely spoke. We were given ear pieces for the audio of which there was none. It’s just a bus trip around Gozo, I think the money would have been better spent taking a taxi.
