Good - Good services however they should inform certain tourists that the service ends at 6pm and that if they are willing to come back to where they took the bus, it might not be possible. I took one bus from the brendanburg gate and was hoping the bus will come back there but it didn’t. Although, the driver repeatedly said “last stop on the bus was Alexander plaza” I don’t know where that is since I’ve been there for only three days!!

WAJI the helpful rep. - Ran out of time so couldn't take 2nd tour - Waji, the City Sightseeing Berlin rep, managed to alter the ticket so we could use it the following day. He was so helpful - I'm really grateful to him. He certainly helped us enjoy our trip to Berlin.

The fastest way to grasp the sense of Berlin - Great way to see the city! The bus was on time, the route covered all the highlights, and thanks to Reza’s helpful advice I knew exactly where to hop off for the best spots.

The red route is worth it! - The red route has a route full of important points. This route is worth it! The green route is long and uninteresting. It has an audio guide in Portuguese included in the ticket. Drivers make 15/20 minute breaks at 2 stops. We can stay inside the bus but it's a stalled time, which for us, is lost. One day we caught 1 driver who didn't stop at all stops!

Take a different HOHO - The narration tries to be humorous but fails. Give more information and fewer dumb jokes. The fact the driver stops and takes a 20 to 30 minute break while you sit in the bus is unacceptable. Have a replacement driver ready at the stop to take over.

Not to be trusted robbed us - The seller on the street sold us tickets and ripped us off he charged us 60 euros extra buy online before you go because they'll charge you too much to take uour money.

Stops hard to find. Buses too rare. - Completely unclear where the buses stop. On the route several times 20 min break at boring stops. Driving the route through breaks bad. Getting off badly as the buses rarely come. But friendly bus driver and funny audio commentary.

Gor party goers only - First -what was good: Booking was easy. I bought a combo ticket so I saw more of the former east zone than other route/companies offer. The BAD and I mean VERY bad: the audio guide was trite, full of sarcasm and just plain irritating. It might entertain if one is interested in Berlin‘s party scene. Take another tour if you have an interest in what you are seeing.

Make sure to verify what... - Make sure to verify what you’re the bus is taking ..the driver will not confirm. We were supposed to be on the route going to the wall of Berlin and the driver didn’t tell us until the end that we weren’t
