Breathtaking experience - Multitalented, multilingual and charming Laila was an absolute delight. The views were incredible and I’m very happy that I did this. The buffet option wasn’t great and I wouldn’t do that again but overall an enjoyable day.

10/10 trip! - This trip was absolutely amazing! Our tour guide Yuma was brilliant, very knowledgeable and engaging and she changed the itinerary around so that we got the best views of Mount Fuji before it got cloudy. Can honestly say this was one of my favourite days ever, the views were absolutely amazing.

Amazing experience and tour guide, Luna - This experience couldn't be more worth it! We were lucky that the clouds cleared by late morning and got excellent views of Mt Fuji throughout the day. Our guide Luna was amazing, considerate, and very organized. Luna was kind enough to offer to take photos for everyone and included fun activities, facts and trivia for us to engage in during the commute between locations.

I was so impressed how... - I was so impressed how Luna, our guide, was able to keep us all (English and Chinese speaking) group of 45 or so people, in track and on time to the various stops we made along the way. Despite not being able to see Mount Fuji given the clouds experiencing the snow was beautiful at each site and still made for great photos! The lunch we were served was delicious and I was able to buy other local snacks along the way. I’ll definitely have to return - thank you!

We were lucky to have a... - We were lucky to have a clear day as apparently mt Fuji is only visible 100 days a year. Some beautiful spots were visited to capture great photos really enjoyed that. Only downsides for me was it was a packed hot bus and I was seated in between a group of rowdy young men on a lads trip from Australia and also there was a stop for lunch in the middle of no where - I couldn’t eat at the restaurant as limited options for my dietary requirements and there was nowhere near in walking distance so I had to sit outside for 45mins then at another stop buy some street food to eat on the go.

Way too crowded - Our tour guide Mizke was great… But, the attractions were overwhelmed with people, times allotted at the attractions way too short, lines at restrooms prohibitively long. In peak seasons, we think it might be best to cut a stop and add a little time to make the stops less rushed and more enjoyable.

It worked out okay - Confusing directions for meetup. Almost did not get there. Also the emails did not provide guide’s name, so we struggled for 30 minutes trying to figure out whose tour we were on and whether we would be allowed on bus. Pre trip info incomplete. No mention as to lunch in restaurant that was cash only. Nice drive with good guide and interesting talk with plenty of cultural info. Nice English speaker, much appreciated. Un fortunate snowfall! Saw mostly snow and missed out on much of the intended tour. Still, it worked out ok. Thx
