Worry free transfer airport to pier and back. - Great service at a fair price. Staff was exceptionally helpful and organized. Reservation system seamless and easy to use. We pre booked both sides of our trip, airport to pier and back. Even with thousands of cruisers getting off the ship, Seattle Express was there, on time making it a worry free transfer. We witnessed staff at both ends providing assistance to several confused travelers not with Seattle Express because they were decent people.

Perfect! - So convenient! Grabbed our luggage, checked in 20 minutes before departure time, everyone got on the charter-style bus while the driver packed our luggage, and we made it promptly to the cruise pier. Thank you so much!

Not as smooth as expected - The coordinator was not in the airport when we arrived. We got a notification to wait outside. Yet, we waited for thirty mins and we had to call to receive updates. Finally , they merged the shuttle for pier 66 and 91 together and drove us to the terminal. We arrived there but bit of hazzle and anxiety. Could hv been better.

Cheap But Disorganized - On the way to pier 66 the driver took all our luggage off at pier 91 and thought that is where we were going, even though on our reservation we had clearly listed our pier was 66. He had to return back to 66. On our return from our cruise they didn't have a large enough bus to take all the guests on one bus. There was a long delay waiting for us to get a shuttle bus for our return to the airport. I am glad we had plenty of time before our flight departed.

While traffic may have delayed shuttle, perhaps having 2 smaller shuttles would have saved time. - The bus was scheduled to depart SeaTac at 9:15 and didn’t arrive at the airport until nearly 10:00 am. The bus was huge (Greyhound bus type), and the driver was very friendly.

Bad bus driver - On September 28, 2025 our bus driver was giving people the wrong information of what ship was at which pier. The driver was driving up on the curbs and missing his turns so we were going in circles causing us to be late. When we arrived at pier 66 the driver was motioned to park farther up so that we would not get blocked in which he did not do so that caused another long delay.
