Great transfer experience!! - My wife and I booked 2 trips with Seattle Express. The first, on the 17th of July, was between our hotel and pier 91. The driver showed up within minutes of the promised time and the trip was smooth and without incident. Couldn't be happier. Oh yes, the price? $30 apiece. Premier quted over $200.

Good service - The driver was great. Pickup was easy and quick Very comfortable ride. The van was full and we were great full that the driver did not over pack the people.

Got us to the port - Don't assume the pick-up point is where the airport shuttle drops you off as I knew from reading a prior review on Trip Advisor to ask at desk during check in that SeaTac pickup is around back. Driver was 40 minutes late so glad we had built a cushion into our timeline. I am more comfortable with a group shuttle versus using an Uber/Lyft, so would book this again.

Seattle Cruise transportation - The time of pickup may change without notification. I booked for 10:45 am. When the bus did not arrive, I called the company and was informed that the bus would come between 11:00 and 11:30. This is what was in their computer. Fortunately, the driver arrived a few minutes early, as we were scheduled to board the ship between 11:30 and 12:00. The driver was great and made good time to the pier.

Cruise shuttle - Communication was great. Driver was on time and very nice. The shuttle that we were picked up in was very dated, and everything rattled so loud you could barely hear the driver in the front of the shuttle let alone the back. The driver sounded ill coughing and very hoarse.
