Family of four - We had an incredible experience on this tour. Elisa Torres “ The Tour Lady” really knows the history of San Miguel and shared details behind the journey of the people that came to San Miguel. Every restaurant she took us to she was very detailed in the background of the ingredients. Needless to say every meal was delicious and the hospitality was great too. We enjoyed every meal and the last stop was a great surprise when she stepped away to return with churros.

Awesome Food Tour with SMA's best, Eli! - We had a wonderful time experiencing different Mexican cuisines with Elizabeth! She was an exceptional guide, very friendly, knowledgeable and she knew all of the best spots to eat classic dishes in SMA! She even sent out some additional recommendations for great places to visit that are a must see! Highly recommend doing this tour with Eli!

Great food & service in beautiful places! - The 5 restaurants we dined at were all very lovely. Our food was brought to us quickly & everything was delicious. Our tour guide Pascal told us history and stories about both the restaurants and of San Miguel. It was a great way to see more of San Miguel during my 3-night visit.

A delicious experience - A really enjoyable evening walking to a variety of restaurants and tasting both traditional dishes—like enchiladas mineras and chile en nogada—and more unique, unexpected flavors (delicious jicama tacos!). Elisa was a fantastic guide—super knowledgeable about the ingredients, regional variations, and cultural roots of each dish. It was fun, informative, and a great way to experience the richness of Mexican cuisine. The company was lovely, too. A fun and flavorful way to spend an evening in San Miguel!

Great time with Pascal and his love for food - It ended up being us as the only guests. Pascal our guide was really interesting. He’s a true foodie (we aren’t) so it was interesting to hear his take on the food we tried and discussing ours and his food preferences. Very enjoyable time, 5 stops, great tastes. The one weird thing, not Pascal’s fault, was that the night before we did the tacos and tequila tour with the same company, different guide (Sam who was also great) and this tour went to 3 restaurants that we did on the previous night’s tour. With 500 restaurants to choose from in SMA that doesn’t seem necessary.
