Alcatraz scooters can be rented for a minimum of 1 hour. If you plan to explore the city for more than an hour, a full-day rental is recommended. A full-day rental allows you to keep the scooter for 24 hours. You can return to the bike store to swap the unit for a newly charged battery or if the scooter has minor issues (e.g., wheel alignment, wiring). Please ensure you park the scooter in your hotel parking space and secure it. Otherwise, return it to our store and rent it again the next day. You can also call the number on the scooter for pick-up.
