Victoria - The tour was really well organized, Laura L (LL) was a great tour guide with a lot of knowledge and fun stories to share! She was very clear with what to expect, time frames, when to be back on the bus etc. - really made us feel safe and well taken really off! We enjoyed the whole day!
Improvements;
- Outlets in the bus would have been great :)

Mamma Mia! This trip was so lovely! - This was an excellent tour! We enjoyed Pompeii and the history. Our tour guide was fabulous. So much information. It was great to walk around the ruins and actually feel the history there. We also enjoyed our stop in Positano. It was a beautiful place. Unlike anything we’ve ever seen. The day was very long though coming from Rome. We had a little trouble with traffic which made the day longer. But our tour guide Erika was knowledgeable, courteous, and humorous, which filled the time well.

Highly recommended because of Angela and Sergio - Sergio was a great driver, Angela was the best tour guide. Angela’s stories were engaging, fun to listen to, and she shared so many which gave me a better understanding of roman/Italy’s history and culture. Really glad to have came onto this trip thanks to the guide and driver as I believe they make up for the most of your experience on a guided tour. This is especially after attending other tours on Viator.
Even though there were little mishaps due to the long unexpected traffic jam (this is the crazy easter monday week, liberation day and a free museum day for entire of Italy), Angela did a great job managing our expectations and changes to the tour.

An amazing experience - We had a fantastic time on this trip. Our guide Erica was so knowledgable and friendly which really added to the experience. Also Carlos who provided a really insightful tour of Pompeii. The organisation of the whole trip was great- timings all went to plan and the itinery was amazing. It was great to spend the day seeing Pompeii, sampling Limoncello at a local factory, driving along the spectacular Amalfi Coast and wandering around Postiano. We highly recommend this company and trip!

Excellent day tour with Jono whilst on holiday - Johnathon was our tour guide for this tour. This tour was excellent, with great views and we were lucky with the weather. Thoroughly enjoyed his knowledgeable commentating throughout the bus portions and Pompeii was excellent.
Would recommend to other people!

We had the best driver in... - We had the best driver in the country and Parnia was completely incredible. Gave them a five but if I could rate Willy I'd give him a 1 out of 5. Man seriously needs to work on his jokes. Some might find him funny because he was rude to others. I definitely don't believe he was.

Pompei - An excursion on a Leger Holiday - The trip to Pompei was an excursion whilst on a Leger Luxuria tour.
Whilst Pompei was an amazing experience, it was let down by the guide.
Our wonderful drivers,Anthea & Steve, informed the guide of the time we had to be back on the coach & also that we were to have some free time & lunch.
The guide set off on a route march,no free time ,no lunch.This was noted & reported back by our drivers.
Hey, ho,these things happen.
Thankfully, it was a sunny day,with Mount Vesuvius in clear view.Photo opportunities around every corner. Panoramic views of surrounding area too.
Very atmospheric.
A lot of the ground is uneven,gaps between cobbles,sensible footwear essential.
The Book on sale in the Souvenir shop is well worth the €19.99.
To cover the whole site would require one to two full days.

Terrific Tour of Pompeii, but it was literally downhill otherwise. - The actual tour of Pompeii was great. Our guide was knowledgeable, relatable, and able to guide us through some tight and crowded areas with the confidence of a seasoned professional. Kudos to her!
As for the rest of the day, we often felt ignored or rushed. It began when our group leader didn't have a list of people on the bus. We ended up with someone onboard who was supposed to be on a different tour. That took too long to discover and resolve- poor organization. Additionally, no thought was given to keeping families together. Simply stating that groups of four or more should board first would have solved that. The six of us could not sit together, and we had two children. It became a real issue when we were told we could buy a pizza box and eat it on the bus for lunch. How could we be expected to share food? Why was this necessary? This was extremely poor planning, especially since the place in Pompeii had a spot to eat, both inside and outside, with tables. Not enough time? Well, build it into the day with a more efficient organization.
Our leader did not attempt to explain what we saw either along the way or when we arrived at Positano. She focused primarily on logistics and time, rather than providing information about the communities we observed, their development, sustainability, or the geographical features that contributed to their uniqueness. Did she not know? Was her role to count heads and order pizza? She was friendly and polite, but not competent as a tour leader.
If not for the Pompeii guide, this would have received a lower rating.

Extremely Disappointed! Guide had been super in-accodomating - We were just a few minutes late, but the guide didn’t even wait or check on us—they just left. We’re absolutely devastated. We spent a lot of money on this trip and relied on this experience, only to be completely let down. Now, instead of enjoying our trip, we’re stuck in our hotel feeling miserable and regretting ever booking this. Truly disappointing.
