A lovely break from the main tourist spots! - Fiammy was so knowledgable and was happy to share her tips and tricks. She also kept it fun the whole time. Wine was free flowing and topped up regularly. The pizza and tiramisu was amazing. Took our teenagers and they all loved the experience!

Sunday morning cooking class - Highly recommended to all. Have made pizza dough and tiramisu dozens of times but never as good as this! Learned so much from Fiammy. She’s the perfect tutor and hostess. Don’t miss it!

Very fun and educational! - Fiammy was our guide and she was incredibly friendly and educative. Knew her stuff, and open to helping others with their dough. The food turned out lovely, and with her encouragement the whole group became friendly together. Fiammy made sure everyone had drinks and our food was good. Wonderful experience, definitely would recommend!

Not a culinary experience. - We made the best of our time in this class because we try to stay positive during our travels, but do not expect an Italian culinary experience. The class was taught by a young gentleman that had no cooking experience and did not work at the restaurant. He said he worked in the tour companies office but liked being around people, so he did classes on the side. The class started late and seemed a bit disorganized. We had one unexperienced gentleman trying to do everything. He had to set up the class, act as the waiter, teach the class, bus the table, clean up, etc. No one from the restaurant assisted at all. The tour company is using part of the back dining room of the restaurant. We actually had other diners sitting just a few feet away as we were doing our class. We were introduced to the ingredients but no real insight into explaining the ingredients and their Italian heritage (lady fingers, marscarpone, 00 flour, some of the cured meats etc). The tiramisu was average at best, the pizza was good. Plan your night accordingly, we were suppose to start at 6:30 and did not finish our tiramisu until 10:30. One positive was the free flowing wine they market in their ad. But be cautious if you have children (we had two with us), multiple guests were very intoxicated after 4 hours of drinking!
