Fantastic cooking experience - The location is right in the heart of Siena, very easy to find. The whole experience was just perfect for my 6&8 year old children. The chef spoke perfect English. We learnt how to make 3 kinds of pasta and the instructions were extremely easy to follow. We started with some prosecco then made the pasta followed by tiramisu. I think the duration was just about right and I didn’t want it any longer. We headed from the cooking academy to the restaurant to have our lunch with other people who did the cooking class together. Total of 6 adults we shared a jug of red and white together with the food we made. We had a fantastic here and highly recommended this experience!!

The cooking class was... - The cooking class was great, We would have loved getting to know more about the différent sauces and the recipes! but the class in itself was very nice and its a great introduction to how to make pasta at home.
Going to the restaurant after to eat the pasta we made was such a great idea, and the different courses of pasta were so tasty!
Thank you very much

A lovely introduction to handmade pasta. - On such a hot afternoon in Siena, Our instructor Dennis met us with a refreshing chilled glass of Prosecco to begin our class. The paper chef hats made us all feel like we could accomplish this class with such confidence!
We made 3 different kinds of pasta which and found it wasn't near as complicated as I thought. I must admit the tiramisu was more of an 'assembly' than actually 'making or cooking' but still delicious. The butter sage sauce used for the ravioli was my favorite and will try to recreate at home. Another nice benefit - no dishes!
Thank you Fonte Giusta and Dennis!

This was fun, but it... - This was fun, but it wasn’t as interactive of a cooking class as I expected. We rolled out some dough and cut out a few pastas but then they cooked the pasta and all the sauce in the back. When we made tiramisu all we got to do was lay the cookies down and sprinkle cocoa powder on top. The food tasted very good, I would visit the restaurant but I wouldn’t spend the money on the cooking class.
