• Museum of Geology - “What the mind does not know, the eye cannot see” is particularly relevant to the Badlands. This is where the mysteries of the Badlands are unveiled. It is the scientific hub where the geology and paleontology of the Badlands are explored and comprehended. Time spent here with local experts will broaden your understanding of what lies ahead. Please note, the museum is closed on Sundays and Federal Holidays.
• Badlands National Park - The Badlands are as vast and varied as they are legendary. Luckily, this is a private tour, allowing you to choose how to spend your time. Here are our suggestions: 1) Visit the ghost town of Scenic, SD, and the remote Sheep Mountain Table area, a rarely seen location ready for you to explore and appreciate; 2) Travel along the Badlands Scenic Byway, stopping at the park visitor center and various overlooks and trails.
• Wall Drug - Wall Drug is a quintessential American Roadside Attraction! It stands as a tribute to the free enterprise system. Visiting it can renew your belief in entrepreneurship and the right way to do things. Plus, you can enjoy a meal and purchase souvenirs there.
• Minuteman Missile National Historic Site - This National Historic Site offers insights into the Cold War and the missile fields that once existed here. You can explore the preserved missile silo and visitor center, or choose to spend more time in the Badlands or another location. The decision is yours.

All tours are PRIVATE TOURS, reserved for the group making the booking with no extra guests included. One adult must accompany minors. Infants aged 3 and below are free of charge and are allocated their own seating. When necessary, it’s the family’s responsibility to provide child car seats. Our most spacious vehicle is a 9-seater Sprinter van. Larger groups can arrange for bigger transportation or we can supplement with a Honda Pilot. This tour is ideal for families spanning three generations, groups of couples, and friends.

• GEOFUNTREK TOURS SAFETY UPDATE COVID-19 Your comfort and safety are our primary concern. Take a private tour, limited to your group only and enjoy the day. We have only three guides: John, Chris & Cindy. They are family members from the same household. They constantly monitor each other’s health. So even when not at work “THE BOSS” is always watching. We do not have vehicles with a wheelchair lift. We can accommodate a folding wheechair and the guest must be able to enter and exit the vehicle on their own. We will gladly assist with any needed assistance and pushing.
