  • Seljalandsfoss - Seljalandsfoss is a beautiful waterfall and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Iceland.

One of the unique features of Seljalandsfoss is that you can actually walk behind the waterfall in the summer time, thanks to a small path that leads you through a cave-like opening in the rock behind the waterfall. This can be a very thrilling experience, but be prepared to get wet as the mist from the waterfall can be quite intense.

  • Gljufrabui Waterfalls - Gljúfrabúi is a beautiful waterfall located near Seljalandsfoss What makes Gljúfrabúi unique is that it is hidden inside a narrow canyon and can only be accessed by wading through a shallow stream.

When you approach Gljúfrabúi, you will first see a narrow opening in the rock face, which is the entrance to the canyon. As you enter the canyon, you will be surrounded by towering rock walls on either side, and the sound of the rushing water will grow louder.

As you make your way further into the canyon, you will see Gljúfrabúi in all its glory. The waterfall cascades down from a height of approximately 40 meters, surrounded by lush green vegetation and moss-covered rocks. The water creates a misty spray that fills the canyon with a mystical atmosphere.
