• Skógafoss - Skógafoss is a waterfall located in the south of Iceland, about 150 kilometers (93 miles) east of Reykjavik. It is one of the most famous and picturesque waterfalls in Iceland, with a width of about 25 meters (82 feet) and a drop of 60 meters (197 feet). The waterfall is fed by the Skógá River, which originates from the nearby glaciers and is known for its milky blue color.

One of the unique features of Skógafoss is the spray that rises from the base of the waterfall, which creates a single or sometimes double rainbow on sunny days.

In summer time (and sometimes during the winter) it is possible to climb the stairs on the side of the waterfall to get a unique perspective.
