More information - Unfortunately the bus terminal is in the rear of the station ( unbeknownst to us, don't speak or read Italian). Driver needs to explain. The 5min walk to our hotel ended up as a taxi. As we got lost

Perfect for family - Very easy way to get from Milan Malpensa to the city center! And way more economical than private transport.

Easy and fadt - Excellent method of travel into Milan City Center. It was easy to find the bus and get onto it, I waited maybe 10 minutes and we were on the way, I was very happy with everything!

Smooth ride - Ride was smooth. Just wish there was some accommodation for people with limited mobility. Thank God for friendly caring fellow passengers!

Easy transfer to train station - A little confusing trying to find the place in the airport, but we eventually found it. Once we were onboard, it took us to the train station

Cheap and easy transport between airport and city center - This was my first time travelling to Milan and I found this to be a cheap and easy way to get from Malpensa Airport to the city center. You get what you pay for so don't expect this to be fancy, but I found it to be a pretty comfortable bus ride. I stopped at the Terravision desk where I thought I would have to turn in my voucher for a bus ticket but this ended up not being necessary, and the voucher was good enough to get me on the bus. I'm not sure if that is a normal experience but I'm glad I stopped anyway because the lady at the desk gave me specific directions to get to the bus. For my trip back to the airport, I did not use Viator to get a bus ticket, and instead booked it directly through Terravision. I think this is a better option since they have a mobile app as well so no need to print tickets.

Cheap way to city. You get what you pay for 😕 - Driver was rude, and a terrible driver. He zigged and zagged all over the highway. He played loud obnoxious music. He didn’t help anyone with bags including an elderly woman.

Ugly. - In the middle of July in Milan with about 40 degrees without air conditioning the entire bus, for an hour of travel will never be again.

Don't take Terravision - An experience to forget. I had bought round-trip tickets. On the way back when I book to go up the controller tells me that our tickets were already used. Too bad I had just gotten off the plane and it was scientifically proven that I hadn't used them. The ground staff washed their hands telling me that they could not do anything and that I should buy them back, but that surely writing to the custumer service they would refund them. Too bad it's been over a month and despite my repeated emails (there is no physical person or number to talk to) we never responded. What do you call her? I cheat!

PRINTED TICKET - I was not told the ticket had to be printed before purchase, and I didn’t have access to a printer so I could not catch the bus. Instead caught the train.
