Trust - Very prompt and carrefully! I notice that they are flexible with the program and have no problem if you take another bus that you reserved it.

Fast trip - Fast cheap and easy way to get from airport to city. You can also go earlier even if you have a ticket for later as long as there are sits. Recommend!

Great service and reasonably priced - What a great service! I booked online which meant I got a discount, and booked the return at the same time, so got a further discount! The bus stop was easy to find outside the arrivals lounge and there was no delays. I showed the ticket on my phone. The ride to Rome was comfortable and didn’t take too long (about 40 minutes). Getting back to the airport was just as easy. I was very pleased that I booked Terravision.

Atrocious service. - I traveled today, 26-11-2024, on the Terravision of 14.40 from Ciampino to Roma Termini. I waited half an hour because I lost the previous one. While I was waiting there with other passengers, the lady scanning the tickets, a certain Daniela, kept saying on the phone : I know route er f****, sti f******* everywhere. Very professional. At 2.30 p.m. the bus arrives and we go up. At 2.42pm we were still there so I ask Mrs Daniela when he would leave. "Now," he said. After 2 seconds he shouts: ao call er driver! After a few minutes finally the driver arrives and starts talking to Mrs. Daniela about their private things. At 2.50pm I was tired! I ask the lady again what time she left and she answers again: now! I told her he was supposed to leave at 2:40 and it was now 2:50. Finally the driver decides to leave. After about 5 minutes a terrifying braking. We leave and immediately a car pulls up and shouts to the driver: how the f**k are you driving? You're a moron! Vaffa@@@@o!!! Vaff@@@@lo!!! The driver replied that he was only moving from left to right (I suppose in doing so he must have tightened the cars too tightly to the right). Half a second later a white car pulls up and a poisoned lady shouts out the window: what are you crazy about??? You must be crazy!! You could have caused an accident!!! You could have caused an accident!!! Vaff@@@@lo!! Now the question arises spontaneously: but on what criteria does the staff hire??? This driver and 'by withdrawal of the license!!! Last time I use your ca@@o service, to paraphrase your professional Daniela. You are a shameful company.
