Reservations will be confirmed through email or mobile phone. An SMS will be sent an hour before to confirm the pick-up time. Any delays due to traffic issues will be communicated via SMS/WhatsApp. The vehicle will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up.
A clearly identifiable representative from our company will welcome travelers upon their arrival at the airport or in the hotel lobby and escort them to the vehicle. The most direct and secure route will be taken to transport travelers.
