Delays due to traffic will be communicated via SMS or WhatsApp. An official will meet and greet travelers on arrival at the airport or in the hotel lobby and will accompany them to the vehicle, which is clearly branded. The shortest and safest route will be used to transport travelers. The driver is not allowed to deviate from the agreed-upon itinerary. Any changes to the agreed itinerary must be communicated and approved 4 hours before the trip. You will be dropped off at designated drop-off zones at airports and hotels. Our minivan can carry up to 8 passengers and their reasonable amount of luggage without the need for a baggage trailer. The requirement for the baggage trailer must be indicated during the booking process. Bottled water will be served in the vehicle.
