A fascinating and eye-opening experience - KG was my guide and somehow I was the only one who booked this day so I got a private tour! What an experience. I can’t believe how much was fit into one day. If you’re looking to get a glimpse into the history of South Africa - the good and the bad- and see the vast array of differing living conditions in Pretoria and Johannesburg this is the tour for you! I was born in South Africa, but moved away at a young age so I did not get a chance before to learn all this. It was emotional to hear and see, but also learned how far South Africa has come since the worst days and am hopeful for the future. KG is extremely knowledgeable and had so much more to share beyond what is at the museums/monuments you go to. As there is so much information to learn, I found hearing it all from KG then see the apartheid museum made it so much easier to connect all the events. Anything that I didn’t understand or had further questions about she also happily answered. Would recommend to anyone coming through this area. Including locals (my family I was staying with had not heard of some of the things I learned). Lastly, I’ll mention that as a solo female traveller I felt completely safe the entire time. Awesome tour - Our guide was very knowledgeable and we had a great time exploring the history of South Africa. Picked up at hotel and convenient ride to all tour stops.

The best in a day - Given that in one day you can not see all the attractions in depth, this tour turned out to be very nice and complete. We entered the Apartheid Museum and the Voortrekker monument while the other attractions were visited from the outside with short stops (with enough time to take pictures anyway). The guide was very good, nice and while traveling by car gave me a lot of information about the history of South Africa and the current situation. She was also very attentive to my needs and curiosity (for example, given my interest in sports we made a stop at the stadium). Lunch, which is not included in the price, was great because the guide was able to choose a delicious restaurant with buffet menu (with many choices and excellent desserts). For those who have only one day available I highly recommend this tour which is perfect.

Recomanded - Unfortunately we couldn't visit the Union Buildings and the Constitution Hill. Otherwise the trip was good. The lunch was taken in a local restaurant

Great Tour and Experience, perfect guide - We only had one day to visit Johannesburg and Pretoria and this visit was just what we needed. Pastor is an excellent guide and person. He answered all our questions and gave us a lot of information. We started visiting Pretoria then Soweto and Johannesburg. We had lunch in the cafeteria of the Apartheid Museum. I would like to thank Pastor for everything. He did a great job and if we ever come back to South Africa it will be a pleasure to do more visits with him again. Highly recommended tour.
