Unforgettable Chocolate Bliss - Great chocolate experience, very interesting and informative. When I finally got to taste the finished product, I actually cried because it was so good. Unforgettable!

A Fun Learning Experience! - This tour was enjoyable and educational for every member of the family! Anthony does a great job explaining each step of the process and encourages attendees to participate in each step, as well. You are able to see cacao trees and view the development of the pods. He also describes particular features of the plant that help with pollination and protection of the fruit. After a short walking tour, the group sits in a small amphitheater as the remaining steps are detailed. We were able to taste the cacao seeds and samples following each of the steps. Kids were also encouraged to participate in the grinding and mixing steps. Hot chocolate was prepared and shared with the group.
Anthony is a very knowledgeable guide and amazed the crowd with his ability to memorize names and call on each personally throughout the demonstration.

Fun Class for All - We enjoyed our time with the chocolate experience. Please note that this is at an area full of many activities and is not exclusive to a farm type setting. That said, the class was very informative and fun. They kept the kids engaged and allowed the adults to participate as well as to not let the kids run away with the show. It was very well balanced for all groups. Everyone was able to try the chocolate at different stages of the process and there was plenty for everyone to enjoy as a final product at the end.

Great Cacao Tour!!! - Gary was our guide/advisor - he did a fantastic job of explaining everything!!!! We made chocolate, drank hot chocolate & ate strawberries & banana slices coated with our chocolate sauce!! Scrumptious!! We highly recommend this tour!! It was our second time taking this tour (we take our visitors there & on other tours like Crocodile Man!) Don’t miss this very informative tour!!! Pura Vida!! Gary was excellent!!!

Very interesting! - Super interesting and fun to learn about how chocolate goes from plant to our mouths. Got to taste throughout the process. This was a lot of fun for my family!!

Fun and delicious chocolate experience/tour near Jaco, Costa Rico! - This was a super interesting (and delicious) experience that we did after we had checked out of our hotel but needed to do some non-water adventures prior to heading to the airport. We learned a lot and got to participate in every step of the process. The tasting at the end was very enjoyable. Our 12 year old twins loved it! Alejandro and Haiti were excellent as our guides and experts. They were very knowledgeable and entertaining.

So much fun - What a great experience. We learned so much about Chocolate. And had so much fun making the hot Chocolate and tasing the different types of Chocolate.

On vacation but learning! - Without a doubt we are richer and sweeter after this tour!!! We tasted the cocoa bean in all its stages of the process until it became Chocolate as we know it! And it was super dynamic and interactive! We recommend! What we liked most was the hot cocoa...incredible!!!! We will never find cocoa like this... with freshly ground seeds!
We were afraid that the roads to get there would be bumpy but nothing like that... the road is peaceful for those who don't have a 4x4 or SUV.
