Excellent tour! - Had to message them that I couldn’t make it since I missed my flight except for my wife who is already there but booking was under my name. Support was very helpful and my wife still came through and had a great time!
Will book this again next time. Highly recommend!

Fresh Perspective - This museum tour with Adam was truly one of the highlights of our trip.
We really appreciated not only how much knowledge he shared with us, but how approachable and engaging he made the experience. It was so clear how much personal interest and passion Adam has for his work. His educational background in science, art history, and psychology provided a new context and gave a unique and refreshing perspective on the artwork and the museum.
Our visit was so memorable — we’ve been talking about things we learned ever since. We highly recommend!!

A must when visiting Paris - Organized and very knowledgeable tour guide. Wonderful way to gain insight into the history and artists behind beautiful works of art. The museum itself is a piece of art. Loved the architecture and tried to imagine when it was a train station. So beautiful! I enjoyed the layout of the museum galleries. A must when visiting Paris.

Best most informative tour - This was a great tour of muse d’orsay. Our tour guide was a native English speaker who had been living in France for 15 years and has a degree in French history. He presented information in an interesting and captivating manner for everyone in our group, from 13 years old to almost 50 and with differing extent of knowledge of art history.

Perfect tour if you have limited time. - Violet was terrific.
Knowledgeable about all the details regarding the art and the artists.
Helpful in other ways, restaurant recommendations for example.

Crowded…but worth it! - The D’Orsay can be VERY crowded, but the architecture and the art…particularly the Impressionists on the 5th floor…make it well worth it. Be sure to wander the museum on your own after the official tour ends…you’ll find more treasures.

Great museum! We felt... - Great museum! We felt that the guide was better suited to history buffs as there was so much detail about the history happening during the time of the painting and not as much information about the art itself. The museum was SO crowded that you couldn't get near some of the most famous works, so I would recommend that people either go early in the morning or late in the day when there may be fewer people. I definitely plan on going back soon!!

You need better instructions. - Poor directions to meet outside. I had no idea where to meet so asked someone from Museum. They told me to go in at 11 with my time stamp. no sign outside of Viator or the group we were supposed to be with. I called Viator number and was told I missed the tour and could not join it. I bought tickets to get into museum. I am waiting for my refund from Viator. Disappointed.
