• Chagres National Park - The journey begins with a departure from Panama City at 8:00 am, heading towards Puerto Corotu on the Chagres River. Participants will travel by a traditional dugout canoe, known as a piragua, up the river to the Embera Drua village. The experience kicks off with a cooking class, where participants will learn to prepare authentic Embera dishes using ingredients sourced from the rainforest.
