Highly recommend - A very well organised day - Krakow and Auschwitz in one day. Very good balance between free time and guided tour time. Agnieszka answered all the questions. Our driver, Maciej, was more than just a driver - by the end of the trip we felt that we were old friends. He gave us lots of historical, cultural and economical insights, as well as shared various practical tips. The Auschwitz part was very informative and of course sad and shocking - but we felt that everyone need to learn about this tragic time in history. Overall, the tour was one of the best things we did in Poland. Having a private car meant we had flexibility in terms of breaks, times etc. Highly recommend!

A long busy day - It was a long day. Felt bad for our driver. But the tour in Auswitz was very good and needed to be heard. Then the trip to Krakow old town was very good. Wish we had a bit more time in Krakow. The day was so long at the camps and without a real rest for a meal, that when we arrived at Krakow, we just wanted to sit and eat something. Nevertheless, found a nice little restaurant and ate dinner (not in the main square) and then enjoyed the walk.

Auswitchz Birkenau from Warsaw in One Day - Our driver Majiec was very very good- he explained clearly how the system worked regarding the Auswitchz Birkenau tour plus gave us helpful information for our 3 hour time in Krakov . There is specific schedules and procedures for the actual tour which he explained perfectly so we knew exactly how and when and where we needed to be We were tired hot and hungry after the tour and he happily took us to a Polish restaurant nearby so we could have a delicious early meal before our long drive back to Warsaw. His driving was efficient careful and safe - our day was long - 5.30am start - 22.30pm return The actual tour at Auswitchz Birkenau was extremely well conducted and respectful to the history and to the people who were murdered - I would recommend the tour - but if I knew how long the journey would take from Warsaw I probably would have stayed overnight at Krakov

Auschwitz and Krakow - The tour guide was great. She is from Poland and her grandma went through the concentration camp experience. She knew the story and told it very well. The drive (for the combined Krakow and Auschwitz from Warsaw) is a little too much. Maybe skip Krakow and go just to Auschwitz. Krakow is just another tourist city with a castle—there is nothing special about it. But you should definitely hit Auschwitz.

Great tour guide and company - Really enjoyed our driver and tour guide. Had just a great attitude and made the day much more enjoyable. Also the communication with the company was very good in Organizing special trip ! Highly recommend using this group and if possible ask for “Majik” -i’m sure I spelled his name wrong but phonetically I’m pretty close.

Good driver but poor scheduling from the organizer - The driver (Chris) was very professionally. Was punctual and helpful. He also tried to provide insights into the key stops along the way. The only issue was related to the timing. The organizer waited too long to book the tour at Auschwitz and it started at noon. As a result, after 3.5 hours of tour and 2 hours of driving to Krakow, we got to Krakow around 6pm. By then, most of the key places (museums, castles) were closed or closing. I suggest that you ensure that they get the tour at Auschwitz starting at 10am so you can see Krakow by 4pm (when you can actually see the place).
