So much more than we even expected! - Scott was great! Very informative and he was very knowledgeable. We had a tour with this company a few days earlier and it was a city tour. That was also really fun too. We had the privilege today of meeting the owner and he was delightful as well. We are from Tucson and decided to try the street tacos from Bons which is the meeting point. We were a little skeptical being from an area with such good tacos. However, they were delicious. This company and restaurant are a first class operation.

WOW! Our favourite tour so far - Our tour guide for the Marie Laveau Voodoo Queen Walking Tour was the excellently and stylishly dressed Mr. Scott McGlinchy and WHAT A TOUR IT WAS! My partner and I both agree that it was our favourite tour of our trip because Scott is not only very charismatic but it is very clear to see that his love for his home city is very deep. He is proud to live there and to be educating tourists on the truths of the legends and tragedies that make New Orleans so famous. He’s very passionate about his content and his knowledge is extensive. Scott is very warm, friendly and very easy to get along with. He made us feel welcome, at ease and beyond the historical aspects, wildly entertained. We learned about the origins of Voodoo and it’s negative modern connotations and the depth of it’s history and the many stories and topics covered by Scott throughout our tour, really made an impact on how we went about the rest of our trip. We felt that if everyone took his tour, they would have a deeper, richer experience in New Orleans that would be both enthralling and humbling. Wear comfortable shoes, I urge you! IMPORTANT- You can only tip your guide with cash or through the Cash App or Venmo, which we didn’t know beforehand as we’d been using our cards for everything during our trip. So either make sure you bring cash with you or that you can access those (U.S.) apps.

Orion was so knowledgeable and researched his information deeply to give a fantastic tour. He is a walking encyclopedia. - Orion was a wonderful tour guide who knew so much history and about the culture of New Orleans. He has a wonderful presence and wove in pop culture to make the detailed info relatable and fun. He has highly researched the information he shared to make sure it was an accurate representation. He was kind enough to find spots on the tour where we could sit for a moment because I have a bad back.

voodoo queen tour - Scott was so informative. We had a great time learning the true history of the voodoo religion. Take this tour rather than the myth of voodoo tours.

Great tour once we got there - The meeting point leads to almost the right spot on Google maps but not quite. It would have been nice for extra guidance in the getting there in the description. The your guide did call though and helped us locate the right place to be. Learned a lot on the tour about history and architecture and voodoo. I think we were expecting a bit more voodoo though. I appreciate how much the tour guide engaged with the group, asking us questions and encouraging us to ask questions as well.
