Awesome experience with Chef Diane! - This was our second cooking demo at New Orleans School of Cooking! We were fortunately to have Chef Diane as our host and chef for the second time. Such a fun, informative and delicious morning. Enjoyed by 3 generations!

Exceptional! - Chef Dianne was fun and very knowledgeable. We learned how to make Shrimp and Artichoke Soup (also how to make it into a dip), Crawfish Etouffee, the yummy White Chocolate Bread Pudding (other substitutes as you like) and Pralines. We can’t wait to go home and try it ourselves.

Great times and great food! - My hubs and I attended a demonstration class 2 years ago and enjoyed it so much we brought our 20 something kiddos with us on this trip. We all loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves to eat, cook and try new recipes! It's a low-key experience that anyone can attend. The food is delicious. You can ask all the questions you want. The price is GREAT! The instructor/Chef is very knowledgeable about the history of NOLA and the food.

Endo of a great trip - Chef Lynn very personable. The food was delicious especially the gumbo. The pralines needed more cooking time (as they seemed a bit grainy- as the sugar needed to dissolve a little more. Will be back for a more in-depth class

Fun and Delicious! - The Louisiana Cooking Class was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to New Orleans! Our chef, Dianna, was phenomenal—warm, knowledgeable, and a natural storyteller who made every moment fun and engaging. She guided us through the rich traditions of Creole and Cajun cuisine while we prepared (and devoured!) classics like gumbo, jambalaya, and pralines. The class was hands-on, the kitchen well-organized, and the recipes easy enough to recreate at home. Dianna's passion for Louisiana cooking really shone through and made the experience unforgettable. We also loved the chance to enjoy the meal together with fellow travelers—it felt like sitting at a big Southern family table. Whether you're a foodie, a home cook, or just curious about New Orleans culture, this class is an absolute must. Thanks to Dianna, we left with full stomachs, great memories, and a true taste of Louisiana to take home.

Amazing food; engaging instructor - Had an amazing time at our cooking demonstration. Our instructor was engaging and humorous while teaching us how to make the dishes. You could tell our instructor was passionate about food, about what he did, and about the cuisine and history of the area. This was one of our favorite things from our trip and probably our most delicious meal.
