Great Demo -Awesome Dishes - We attended the morning demo where a Gumbo, Jambalaya, Bread Pudding, and Pralines were prepared and served. Austin did a great job mixing cooking tips, as he prepared the dishes, with local food history and origins. This event was very enjoyable and the dishes were fantastic!

Fun Demonstration , Don’t order from their online store - We attended a class at the beginning of February. It was enjoyable. They have a shop where you can buy spices, etc. They also have a deal if you buy online and have your items shipped, you save 10%. All sounded good but we never received our items. Calls to the shop gets us an “I’ll look into it” response. It’s been a month and a half and still no shipment.
