Solo trip in Nola - My chef was Lynn. I was surprised to not only have a cooking class but also to have a history lesson along with the demonstration. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The lemonade was nice and sweet. The corn chowder was very flavorful. Lynn and I are both leos. I would definitely take part in this class next time in town. Oh, and the pralines were delicious 😋

A great day in New Orleans! - This is a great way to experience the flavor of NOLA! Much better than a restaurant. You not only get a generous “taste” (with seconds!), but you learn the facts, reasons, and environment around the dishes. The presentation by Chef Eric was such a fun experience, the other “guests” were diverse and just plain nice! I really recommend this fine excursion into the magic of New Orleans!

Excellent Class - We have done several of these demonstration classes and they never disappoint. Our chef was Lynn and she was excellent. The food was delicious and her presentation was excellent. Not only did we learn how to cook gumbo, jambalaya and pralines we learned so much history about the city. I highly recommend this class. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Way to Spend a Sunday Morning - Fun and informative cooking demonstration with great food and lots of humor. Chef Eric led our two hour class that included preparation of gumbo, jambalaya, bread pudding, and pralines. Even though it was a demonstration, Eric was very interactive so the class was engaging and informative. And the food was wonderful, too. The more than reasonable class fee included plenty of food as well as iced tea, lemonade, coffee, and beer. Definitely worth your time.
