Nice evening - The hand-on roux cooking class in New Orleans with the a Mardi Gras school of cooking was fun and tasty. We were very small group so lots of attention and training. Would recommend. Great attention to kitchen and food safety. Food plus drinks including beer/wine/sodas. Good tips and hints with recipes sent after the class. No pressure to buy their bling, but it was available. Nice Cajun spice mix.

Best dinner in New Orleans - This was the best dinner we had while in New Orleans. Jason was very fun, informative, and somehow taught us to cook the best dinner of our lives. We can’t wait to get home and try to cook what was taught to us for our friends and family. We will definitely come back again to cook with Jason.

Fun and yummy cooking class with Erica in the French Quarter - Erika was our chef and she did a great job combining basic cooking techniques (I learned a lot), local traditions, food history, and a lot of hands-on cooking! The experience was fun and engaging and the food we prepared was delicious. I would recommend this class to beginners, intermediates, and foodies that want to learn about NOLA cuisine.

Best of New Orleans - One of the best things we did in New Orleans. Mark our chef has so many great stories. Humble and funny! The small class was so intimate - we got to know some people from different places. We did most of the cooking too - I am excited to cook some nawlins food for my family.

The Best Memories - This was the best experience I had In New Orleans. It was the best meal I had while visiting the city, partially because of the role I played in actually cooking it, but because of the atmosphere, the relatability of CHEF RAYMOND, and the memories of the well developed tastes of the dishes made in such a small window of time (3 Hours, 3 Dishes). Hats of to Chef Ray, and TMGSOC!

Well Worth it! - Well worth the cost. Our chef, Mark was personable and very knowledgeable. He had great tips on several cooking methods. We had a group of four and all of us had a great time while learning how to cook three legendary NOLA dishes! The food was spot on! We'll be back!

You want to take this course! - Our cooking class was exactly what we hoped for. Chef Mark kept us involved in the process while showing us the small details that give the best results. We truly left the class feeling like we can now execute these dishes from start to finish. And a great time was had by all. Highly recommended!
