Bus ride and tram ride to a beautiful beach with all you can eat and drink. Over all a wonderful day. - Jorge did a amazing job loved this beach!! Will be back next time we come back! Great beach with clear water. Wait staff was tentative. Help my dad who was hard of walking get to his designated chair and he enjoyed it.

Good day a Kuza Beach Club! - We came on a Holland America cruise. We selected for the Kiza experience as a shore excursion. We were very pleased with the facilities, the food and the drinks. Our guide was Isaac who was a great guide and was very helpful! When the water park is completed, it will enhance the experience!

Fantastic excursion - Denisse was friendly and helpful from port to resort. And in the class Pepe and Jolonda were fantastic instructors who showed us how to make a small bites of tacos al pastor and guacamole. We also had a delicious fruit punch to drink and were given samples of variety of tequila to try with our food. Lastly, we had a dessert made from avocado. I never realized they could be used in sweet dishes. We then had the rest of our excursion time to relax on the beach. Overall Kuza is an up and coming excursion location with lots of things coming. Can’t wait to see the place again when construction is done!

Has potential but food & rental fees are a big miss. - I ordered the Deluxe Pass for four. The staff and service were good - smiles and solid attitudes. The beach was huge and it wasn't crowded at all. However, I won't be returning after my experience. 1) Food. The buffet was TINY and didn't change at all throughout the day. There were no options available other than the small-sized buffet. I couldn't believe there weren't any of the basics like bread, burgers, fries or pizza. It said "Mexican Flavor" buffet - which is fine - but if it's directed at tourists you should have some variety. For pickier eaters or those with dietary restrictions - the options SLIM. This needs a huge improvement. They had a "menu" of alternative items that included a burger but they were $20USD each. Paying $20 for a burger after already paying for all-inclusive is ludicrous. "Menu items" should be reserved for premium foods like Steak, etc. 2) Having to rent towels. On the purchase page for deluxe there is no mention of towels NOT being included in your purchase. We didn't bring these with us because it was not made clear that we would need to rent them for $6USD each. It's unfortunate because by requiring us to pay for towels, it ate into our tipping budget - which affects their employees. This needs to be either made clear to purchasers (if we knew we would have just brought our own) or simply offered as a part of the beach club access. It's pretty ridiculous having to bring your own or pay for towels when it's obviously clear one will be needed as a part of the excursion. A simple deposit should suffice. 3) Locker rental. This was less surprising than the towel rental, but another "added surcharge" is that you need to rent lockers for $6USD per locker. They were all sitting there unused. Why not just make the experience better for your customers by offering them on a first come first serve basis? 4) Entertainment. It started to rain fairly heavily upon our arrival. We proceeded to enter the buffet restaurant and get shelter. Not long after the restaurant became full with other people also getting shelter, two "performers" entered in a mayan cultural ensemble. One with a drum. They proceeded to perform a cultural dance while smashing on the drum. It was cool for a few minutes - providing a "taste of Mexico" but it became overdone - extending to about 10-15 mins. Customers couldn't go elsewhere (because of the rain) and were forced to listen to LOUD drumming while this took place (maybe it wasn't as bad at the opposite side of the restaurant but for our table it was). I thought to myself how brutal that would have been if you were recovering from the night before on a cruise ship (it was the morning still). It was also impossible to have a conversation. I can appreciate and respect the traditions but it needs to be done at a time/in an area where customers can decide if they want to watch. The performance should be shorter as well. There was 2 "fake endings" where people thought it was over, clapped, and they continued going. I got the vibe everyone was clapping out of respect but actually wanted it to be over so they could get back to their conversations. This might sound disrespectful but it's just the truth. When people are on vacation, they want to do what they want to do - and they paid good money to do so. Final Verdict: I won't be returning to this beach club with so many other options available. It's unfortunate because the beach area itself is huge & has a lot of potential. The towel rental felt ultra scammy and only hurts the people doing hard work there. It had a lot of good reviews so it was a disappointing experience.
