Constructed over two thousand years ago, at the end of the 3rd or the beginning of the 2nd century during the late Hellenistic period, it was designed for theatrical plays, musical, and poetry performances for theater art enthusiasts.
- National Ohrid Museum - Robevci House - In 1996, the Robev Family House was protected under the Law on Protection of Cultural Monuments of the Republic of Macedonia as a valuable cultural and historical heritage, showcasing the distinctive features of 19th-century Ohrid architecture. A guide will accompany visitors on each level, explaining the exhibits.
- Church of Saint Sophia - The church’s interior is adorned with frescoes from the 11th, 12th, and 13th centuries, representing some of the most significant achievements in Byzantine painting of that era. The main part of the church was constructed in the 11th century, with external additions made by Archbishop Gregory II in the 14th century. A guide will accompany visitors on each level, explaining the features.

This immersive tour offers a journey through the eldest regions of Ohrid and a hands-on culinary experience. Delving into its stunning architecture is sure to provide lasting memories! As we walk, I’ll enlighten you with many tales associated with the area. The starting point for our tour is the main square, where we’ll witness a display of filigree work. Next, we move on to learn about the making of handmade paper. Following this, we’ll move onto St. Sofia Church, one of the oldest and largest churches in Ohrid. From there, we continue to a presentation that extols the famed Ohrid pearls, and then carry on towards the Ancient Theatre to catch breathtaking views of Lake Ohrid. Following the walking tour, a car will pick up the travelers and shuttle them to a nearby farmhouse (a 10-minute drive), where they will partake in preparing a traditional meal known as ‘komat’. After experiencing the process of making and savoring the komat while sipping Macedonian wine and coffee, travelers will be returned to the initial meeting spot.
