While the dough rests take a break to savor a selection of our premium Diadema wines and olive oil before learning another, unique, trick of the trade: making gelato and the cone for it! Hear all about the history of Italian ice-cream, discover the raw ingredients and learn where the best are produced from your entertaining chef. Mix the ingredients and whet your appetite watching the chocolate melt into the cream.
At the end of your pizza making class you will receive a Certificate of Attendance and full Recipe Digital Booklet to keep and use once back home with your friends and family.

Amazing Class!! - Amazing experience! I would recommend to anyone coming to Milan. It was really cool to learn the history of the pizza & dough, and spend a few hours socializing.

This made me want to buy a pizza oven!! - Absolutely incredible experience. Fabrizio, a true gentleman, made the cooking class a highlight of our Milan stay.

A delightful experience. A fun and informative class with delicious food. - This is our 2nd cooking class in Italy; our 1st was last year in Rome. Fabrizio was amazing! Very knowledgeable, patient and gave out great tips. My daughter and I were very pleased with his class. There was enough time to learn, cook, eat, drink and chat. Well balanced!

Awesome experience cooking Pizza and Gelato. Loved It. - We had a delighting experience to learn how to make Authentic Pizza Italian style. The staff is very friendly and explained everything clearly. We made pizza from scratch from flour to dough to a perfectly baked delicious pizza. While dough was sitting we prepped for making gelato. We enjoyed learning about Gelato and had a lots of fun with other people around. Must do activity in Milan. We documented our experience on @coupleonavacay

Excellent and Delicious Class - Best Part of our Trip! - Best experience of our visit! Fabrizio was knowledgeable and helpful, and led us to produce the most tasty pizza of our trip. He gave great information and tips for those who do not own a pizza oven or other equipment at home, and we enjoyed making gelato cups/bowls out of the waffle cone batter. It was a nice group of people in the class, and we enjoyed meeting them. I would highly recommend the course and would take another one when in the area again.

Fun & Tastu - This class was a ton of fun! Matteo and Diego were wonderful teachers and taught us about all of the different ingredients and their importance in the pizza as a whole. It was a great time

Great experience - Matteo was a great instructor and very helpful. I had never cooked anything in my life, let alone prepared anything from scratch and by the end of the class I was eating a pizza I made on my own! Highly recommend!

So fun - Such a fun class!! The host of the class was great, he made sure he gave attention to every single person in the class and everything tasted great! The only bad thing is the directions on how to get there. I was lost for a good 20 mins before I finally found someone to follow as they were able to get them on the phone and I wasn't! But overall it was great!
