A delightful small-group tour departs from Milan Central Station, offering a transfer by either train or minibus to the picturesque Lake Como. Upon arrival, participants enjoy a leisurely stroll through the enchanting village of Varenna and its surrounding areas. Following this, a 15-minute public ferry boat cruise provides a unique perspective of the stunning landscape, first visiting Bellagio, known as the “pearl of the Lake,” and then Menaggio, where there is free time for lunch (at personal expense).
The journey continues in a comfortable minivan along a scenic stretch of the lake shore, offering breathtaking views. The tour then ventures into a nearby, less-traveled region nestled in the magnificent Alps, where there is occasionally an opportunity to visit a small local farmer or producer.
The tour concludes with a drive along another section of the lake, before taking the train back to Milan Central Station.

- Luca is a fantastic tour guide and delivered a wonderful day for my family around Lake Como. He is friendly, knowledgeable about the area and takes great care of his guests. If you are going to Lake Como, Luca is the guy to go with!!!!

A Perfect Day at Lake Como – A Highlight of Our Holiday! - We are a family with two teenage children and can honestly say that our day with LucafromItaly to Lake Como was the absolute highlight of our holiday. Both our teens declared it was the best day of the trip — high praise!
From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Communication with the company was excellent — we received clear directions well in advance, including photos of the meeting point which made everything so easy. Louisa greeted us warmly at the train station and made sure we were comfortable and settled, and Luca was ready with a smile when we arrived.
The small group setting was ideal. We were lucky to have such a lovely group of fellow travellers, and it felt like we were spending the day with old friends. Luca himself is the most hospitable host — warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. It felt more like being shown around by family than being on a tour.
The van was comfortable and clean, and the itinerary was perfectly paced. We soaked in stunning scenery, enjoyed a delicious lunch at a charming spot recommended by Luca, and even visited a food store rated among the top 50 in the world — without any pressure to buy. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, yet the day felt relaxed and organic.
None of us wanted the day to end. We’re already dreaming of coming back and doing another tour with Luca. Highly, highly recommended — an unforgettable experience!

Wonderful experience! - My daughter and I had an awesome experience on this tour. It was well organized and our tour operator, Luca, was very nice and informative. We had plenty of time to explore the beautiful stops along the tour. Lake Como is amazing.

The best tour experience!!! - The Lake Como tour was amazing. Our guide; Luka was the best; very attentive and provided very relevant information of the towns we visited. I really enjoyed Bellagio and Varena time to walk.around and the sightseeing of the boat ride was impressive.

The best tour that we have ever done! Our teenagers loved it ! - The tour was amazing ! Very efficient and the best highlights of the region . Luca is excellent! The best tour we have ever experienced in Italy ! When I booked I wasn't sure if our teenagers will enjoy a scheduled tour , however they loved it. Off the devices and take the tour , it was the best thing a parent can do for their family ! I would give 6 star plus if I could ! I wish we had pre-booked the other tours with Luca ! Please do book in advance so you don't miss out ! The BEST value for money ! You do get so much enjoyment from this tour ! I have compared other tours and nothing comes close to this tour. The Best ever ! Thank you Luca and the team for this unforgettable experience! Grazie !

Not to be missed - This is not to be missed! If you have limited time to see the Como area but want a terrific guide, Luca is the best. We had a wonderful day with him. There was no way we could have gone from towm to town without his guiding us. He was patient, kind, engaging and knowledgeable. A truly authentic, unique experience. Can't praise it highly enough.

5 Star - VIP Treatment - Our guide (Luca) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, sharing the history and culture of the area but also insider tips and hidden gems that made the trip feel really special. From food recommendations, photo spots, and favorite gelato shops, Luca's tour has it all!
What really stood out was when he take us off the beaten path, we avoided the crowds and got to see a side of Lake Como that most tourists miss, specially since we boarded one stop before Varenna that allowed us to have our pick of seating back to Milan. Traveling in a van travel and the ferry offered the perfect way to experience the lake and its charming towns without having to wait longer to depart with the larger foot traffic.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a more personal, enriching, and relaxed way to explore Lake Como on a personal level!

Highlight of our trip to Italy! - Highlight of our trip to Italy, a must-do if you want a special trip to the lakes! Luca and his team delivered an incredible day trip to beautiful Como. Everything was taken care of and was run so smoothly. Communication leading up to the day was excellent with clear instructions and directions. We were met at the station by Maria who took us to our train, and we were met at our stop by Luca so it was a stress-free start to the day. This was such a good value tour, we got to see so much of the lake and the best towns along the way! Luca was great fun, passionate, knowledgable and an excellent driver. The tour was paced perfectly, we go to see a lot but never felt rushed, with enough stops to see the towns and explore the cute shops and cafes... We saw lots of other crowded tours on the day, but ours felt really personal with a small group and Luca took us off the beaten track to see some really special views. I'll be back to try his other tours. Highly recommended!! :)

Lake como with Luca - The trip was fabulous from start to finish, Luca was the best guide, nothing too much trouble, he explained sights and we had lots of time to see and discover the area.
Being on a small mini bus trip was so good as could get to scenic areas and the group we were with were all lovely.
We were met at the train station and was looked after every minute of the day.
I would definitely recommend Luca our tour guide and urge people to do his tour.
