Miami city and boat tour - Excellent way to get an overview of the city and decide where to come back to. Jose and Ricky were great

Very Enjoyable Tour - Really enjoyed the ooen top double decker bus. The guide was knowledgeable and make sure to explain everything in English and Spanish. We stopped in Little Havana, which is always fun. Then the harbor boat tour was fantastic. Again the guide said everything in English and Spanish. He pointed out interesting things. The boat comes back to Bayside Marketplace which has many great shops and restaurants.

Full, fun-packed tour - An excellent tour including Art Deco District, South Pointe, Coconut Grove, Little Havana finishing with boat tour of Millionaire's homes. Excellent guide with lots of information and entertaining who kindly conducted a private tour as we were not able to attend the date our original tour had been moved to. Thank you.

Laid back, family friendly tour - Nice laid back tour. Timing was perfect for us with our two young kids (aged 3 and 4). The boat tour was enjoyable as well. Unfortunately it was a chilly and rainy day. It is a one way trip so make plans for returning from Bayside Marketplace

Gorgeous day in Miami - Highly recommended. It is worth every dollar, little Havana is a nice place to visit and eat. Jose our driver was very excellent 👌

Skip this tour - 1. A message was sent through the Viator app 2 days prior to the trip to get information about the length of the tour, we never received an answer.
2. The tour guide was pleasant but provided minimal information during the tour other than pointing out a few places of interest.
3. Too little time was allotted to Wynwood and there was a little too much time in Little Havana.
4. The tour guide also spent a lot of time on his phone.
5. I can't comment on the boat tour, our schedule did not allow us to participate in that.

Cancelled … left high & dry - There weren’t enough people sign up for the tour so it was cancelled. We are supposed to get a full refund but I haven’t seen it yet

The tour cancelled on us an hour before scheduled to go - They cancelled on us an hour before it was supposed to leave! This was not cool and we traveled far to get there. Not very happy
