Great transfer option from cruise port to MIA hotels or MIA airport - Early and on time. Friendly. Good option if travelling with a big family with kids and many bags. Also a convenient if you need transportion to hotels that don't offer cruise port transfer.

Enjoyable Travel - The driver came on time and was very friendly. We enjoyed our ride to the port, and he made sure everyone got off the bus safe before he unloaded the luggage.

Flexible, good communication - We had an 11 am port pickup scheduled. We ended up being off the ship at 8 am. They called at 730 to ask if we wanted earlier, and we requested 830. They arrived about 820 and had great communication. Thanks for the flexibility and delivering us safely!

Ride from the cruise ship - The driver communicated very well and was very nice. However. He did alot of talking on the phone and texting which is dangerous to the passengers.

Good price - Good price. The driver was friendly enough and had good communication (running early/late, etc). Very convenient to get picked up and dropped off so we didn't have to navigate traffic ourselves.

The ride was reliable but the driver needs to treat his customers a lot nicer! - We arranged for the ride to pick us up from the Miami port, after our cruise @ 8:00am. We got off the ship and called our driver at 8:01. I couldn’t see him so I called him. He was angry and asked what had taken me so long because he had been waiting for half an hour. I told him I arranged for the ride at 8:00 and we were right on time. He then said I have been trying to call you. Why didn’t you answer? I explained to him that we had 4 young boys and all of our luggage and we were trying to get off the ship on time, which we did! He then got angry because I was looking for him on the wrong side of the street and told me to go to the eye doctor. He was very unnecessarily rude!
